Dr. Lim has tutored my son both Specialist Maths and Maths Methods 3&4 for VCE in 2012. My son is now studying at the University of Melbourne, in the subjects as he wished. He continued to do more advanced maths as one of his subject. Dr. Lim's inspiration to accelerate his learning skills in Maths thinking is appreciated. Thank you very much Dr. Lim.

Dr Lim was very helpful and his explanations were very clear which gave a much better understanding of my uni maths subject. I appreciate his vast knowledge and ability to explain in a simple manner very complicated mathematical problems. I initially was struggling with my maths subject but with his help I ended up with a distinction. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

When i first started with Mr Lim, I was horrible at maths. I didn't want to go to class, i didn't even want to go to tutoring sessions. As time has gone on i have been able to improve my maths ability, and understand his methods of teaching.

I really enjoy the maths sessions because they are small classes, and he spends half the lesson on reviewing what we are learning at school, and the other half on advancing.

As a student, I find that Dr Lim is a very useful tutor for helping me with Math Methods Units 1&2. He has an amazing knowledge of the content, and even teaches other methods outside the textbook which will save time during exams.

His class sizes at our time is never more than 5, and he always takes an interest in the problems we have individually. His prices are reasonable enough, and he gives us challenges (a LOT of the time) and he gives us enough homework to consolidate the knowledge and remain ahead of most other VCE students.

I look forward to doing 3 more math courses with him (Methods 3&4, Specialist Maths 1&2,3&4), and I recommend him to others. You will not be disappointed.

Dr Lim is an awesome tutor, teaching the basic and building up in order to truly understand the concepts learned, in combination with some handy tips and tricks to help decrease the time it takes to answer questions. I wish I had started earlier with him, even within the short 7 months working towards VCE he has taught me so much more than I could have imagined.
