Dr Jodi L Keane

Grateful to have been under the care of Jodi throughout my pregnancy. A doctor who listens and goes that extra mile. Felt confident that I was receiving great medical care. Great experience at all my appointments, never felt rushed and always had the opportunity to address any concerns (and being able to see baby at every appointment was a plus!) and not to mention an amazing birth experience. I would highly recommend!

I was referred to Dr. Keane for an urgent consultation recently. Her receptionist called me on a Saturday to offer me an appointment that same day, which came as a pleasant surprise. When I met with Dr. Keane, she was extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. She seemed to be very well-equipped to deal with my issue, whilst also displaying a unique empathy which is very rare to see. I left feeling confident in her care and opinion, something I wish I could say about my numerous other specialists. Thank you, Dr. Keane, for your dedication and compassion. It makes all the difference.

Couldnt be more disappointed. After waiting months for my daughters first appointment we arrived today for our 4.30 to be told Jodi was running 30 minutes late - the receptionist advised she had tried to call me (she hadn't - there was no missed call) nonetheless 30 minutes wasn't an issue so we took a seat. 30 minutes passed and there had been no movement - we were told there were three people ahead of us, long story short, the woman that had the 3.30 appointment went in at 5.30, her husband had to take their crying, tired children outside after waiting patiently for so long, another couple in the waiting room said their appointment was for 4.30 (exactly the same time as ours - they had clearly double booked) and the woman with the 4.15 said they were routinely running late so she had called prior and turned up at 5.

At 6pm I approached reception and asked if we were next (the third person had already gone in and we were told there were 3 before us) - she then told us no, we weren't next - there was still another person ahead of us - in short we were looking at at LEAST a two hour wait from our appointment time - we had a dinner booking and therefore requested our referral be returned - there was no apology and no acknowledgement that the receptionist had NOT in fact phoned us to advise the doctor was running late - completely devastated we now have to find another gynaecologist and endure another lengthy wait to get in. I'm sure Dr Keane is a great doctor but 2 hour wait times are unacceptable - I imagine if we were two hours late we would have been charged a consultation fee, we've just lost 1.5 hours of our day without as much as an apology.

Great Obstetrician and very caring and wonderful. She is also great as she is a very calming presence.

Jodi and Jenny are the A team. Jodi walked me through pregnancy after multiple losses and answered all my trivial questions. They have very much become like family and we are eternally grateful that our son made it earthside with the help of Jodi. Highly recommended.

Jodi is one on the best drs I've dealt with. She is kind and respectful. She gives her patients time and is understanding. Having seen a few different drs recently has made me appreciate Jodi even more. Her bedside manner and care is 100%. Thankyou Jodi.
