PAIN FREE AT LAST!
I’ve had a severe neck injury for almost 36 years and after moving back home from QLD,
(even up there,) I’ve never come across a Chiropractor as professional and who archived results immediately as Dr James Sidebottom did at West Geelong chiropractic!
My days were literally ruled by pain. There were days when I couldn’t get out of the recliner just to support my neck.
This may sound corny but I would literally lay there and cry, I had no quality of life whatsoever.
My life was passing me by.
I asked my next door neighbour who works at Geelong hospital if any of her friends knew of a GOOD chiropractor and several of them mentioned how excellent James had been for either themselves or their family members. (There are chiropractors, there are good chiropractors but I never realised that there was an excellent Chiropractor out there until Friday the 5th of November 2021.
The day I was given back not only quality of life but something so very priceless, hope!
I walked into his Shannon Avenue clinic (with heaps of parking out the front) after taking my normal prescribed (and quite strong) analgesia, but was still in a lot of pain and I walked out of there completely pain-free.
I literally cried tears of joy when he freed up my neck!
To my absolute elation, since my first consultation, I can’t describe the overwhelming feeling of waking up for the first time in so many years without ANY PAIN AT ALL!
EVERY night, I just couldn’t get my neck comfortable so my sleep was always very, very broken so not only did I ‘wake up’ really tired, I always got out of bed in pain.
The last few days to not only get a full night sleep but to wake up pain-free and to stay pain-free is just indescribable but those who do suffer from chronic pain will definitely understand where I’m coming from.
I’m not saying that Dr James Sidebottom can wave a magic wand and immediately take away your pain but my goodness did he relieve the intensity and consistency of it and with regular treatment I know that my life will only continue to get better.
James is polite, friendly, puts you at ease to relax you for the treatment (Oh and he also has an infectious laugh) and I had by far, the best and most thorough chiropractic treatment I’ve ever received over the last 36 years!
I’ve had to endure severe and inoperable pain since my neck was severely damaged and I honestly will never be able to thank James enough for giving me back my quality of life and something so very priceless, hope!
I now get up and actually do something productive and not have to rely on those dreadful analgesia – thank you so much James.
My pain was Intolerable at times and the damage is too high and inoperable.
I’m just so incredibly relieved to have found him!
The icing on the cake was I had to give up my private health insurance and stop working so chiropractic care became unaffordable for me and was so thankful that James has incredibly reasonable prices and he even takes concession cards – that’s a first for me with any Chiropractor it’s so incredibly generous so people who suffer from chronic pain have access to wonderful chiropractic treatment.
Definitely a client for life!

James is a very good Chiropractor. He was friendly, professional and he took the time to explain the process. I was having issues with my back, within a few minutes of making adjustments on my back, the pain reduced significantly. Highly recommended.

The first time i saw James As a Hairdresser i told him of the discomfort i was feeling in my upper back, shoulders and neck. With his experience he knew exactly what to look for. With some gentle adjustments my first (ever) Chiropractic experience found me standing and walking straighter and with more ease of movement. I now see James regularly to keep me in-line,

I have been going James for my back and neck problems for few years. He is very gentle, I went different chiropractors before and I think James is the best. I highly recommend James.
