Referred to Dr Green from my GP in October. Apt for BCC 6 weeks later. I had to ring to find out what date time and instructions. Staff are rude. Dr Green drew the outline on my face then his understudy did the procedure. Never saw him again. Went today to get stitches out and the understudy took 3 of them out and have to go back next Monday to get the rest out. After that would not go back for a million dollars. I have never been so traumatised for a doctors appointment. Will be letting my GP know as well so hopefully he will refer future patients elsewhere and they won't have to wait 90 minutes in the waiting room listening to the receptionist whine about her pregnancy! @

Been there for appointments but each visit there is a minimum of 50 mins wait and under 3 mins actual consultation time. Outcome of skin condition has little to no improvement but time, money and prescriptions spend not justified. Went to a GP he prescribed over-the-counter cream drastic positive result.

Never had a problem there
Always been good for me
So there is a big wait sometimes
Happens everywhere

The wait time is over 2.5 hours. I won't be going back there. How can a professional clinic over book. It's all about the dollars.

Absolutely shocking service waiting 3 weeks to get in to see Dr jack green as he only works 3 days a week, I had an appointment for 4: 15pm after waiting an hour without being seen I asked how many people where infront of me and I was told 3 more people possibly another hour wait 6: 15pm is when I could “possibly” be seen all the other doctors where also at least an hour behind schedule it seems that this is common practise at this dermatologist.
Why wasn’t I told the dr was at least 2 hours behind schedule when I first seen reception I’m not sure, if you want to waste your time feel free to book in for an appointment.

Appalling lack of RESPECT for other peoples TIME! Money money money, thats what its about. INTENTIONALLY book too many patients, make them sit like cattle, rush them through! The NORM for most doctors. Kids waiting, jobs waiting, people have LIVES! Should be a LAW against this continuous deliberate mis-leading manipulation of people for the sake of more money to fatten wallets. I walked out, 18 other people (cattle) crowded together, no chair for me, and a proposed 1.5 hour wait! Why 18 people!? Greed is why.

It's a circus - absolutely ridiculous

Firstly you have to wait for at least 2.5 hours to see him. I got an appointment after 5 weeks.
After waiting for more than 2 hours, his assistant calls me for a chat, gets my information and makes notes. Then she leaves me for about 20 mins saying Dr Green will come see you. 20 minutes later Dr Green comes in says hello, asks the Assistant what medication she thinks should be prescribed. Then they argue and debate over the medication as H e thinks another medication should be prescribed. At this point Dr Green walks out to go and get the other lady dermatologist. Dr Green then turns to me and says the 2 lady's will debate and decide which medication is to be prescribed to me and he walks out.

I cannot believe the extremely unprofessional and uncouth behaviour of this man who calls himself a professional. I just waited 5 weeks to see a professional and paid $258 to be told that his Assistant and the other lady dermatologist will debate and argue and decide. He didn't even spend 1 entire minute with me.

It's a circus and joke of a business that only wants your money. They don't care about you or your time.

Always running late. Good doctors, but its important u respect other people's time. Had to reschedule 3 other work appointments which followed this one, since the dr appt was delayed by over 1hr. 15 mins both times i visited this Clinic. Very disappointed. Still waiting at 1.50pm for my appointment at 12.45pm.

They overbook on purpose so they can make more money. They know people will wait as people with conditions won't wana go back home or delay seeing their doctors. They have Good doctors but a horrible money making scheme. Minimum 1.5 hour waiting for each appointment. Never again.

Needed to see specialist urgently and they were able to accommodate me. Dr Kumari is great at diagnosis and overall management of Dr Green is great.

Possible that he is the best dermatologist in Australia but hard to tell when your you wait 3 months for an appointment then your 745 appointment is cancelled at 815 and then you are still waiting at 430 for your 315 appointment - if you miss your appointment or are late then you pay a fee but Dr Green has no respect for your time - could all be avoided if reception called you to advise Dr Green is running late

Would look elsewhere next time

Very disappointed in the service. I had an initial consultation at the end of January where I had a significant wait. I chalked this up to just being unlucky with how busy they were. At the end I was told to come back in 6 months and get some paperwork from the receptionist. Got my paperwork and said anytime in 6 months would be fine since I didn't know what I would be doing at the time, as long as they let me know and gave me a reminder when it was upcoming.

Fast forward to today. I call them up since I am concerned it has been over the 6 month period and ask if I have missed my appointment.receptionists initial response is "if you booked for 6 month's its your fault because we send notices". I did not received any notice. Next the receptionist looks up my details. They say " you didn't book an appointment, next time book an appointment". I did book an appointment. Typically I would try to be considerate and just accept a mistake was made due to them being so busy when I did book but the person I dealt with today was so rude and dismissive.

I had to have a skin cancer removed and Dr Green did a great job. You can't even see the scar. Thanks Dr Green.

Dr Jack Green is my go to dermatologist. He is efficient quick and experienced with what he does. He is the best so there is a long wait to see him yes but that’s also do to him needing to do procedures on the spot sometimes which can be unplanned. If you have an issue, you want it fixed the day you see the Dr especially when you are in pain or if you need a biopsy. If you want an expert Dr go see him. Other dermatologists refer to him which is why he’s so busy. Yes there is a wait but that’s at most Drs offices, so plan ahead and bring a book. He is caring and professional and his team is great.

Dr Greens rooms are very busy, but the girls are lovely and he was very good with me. Yes I did wait but I was happy that I was able to get an appointment!

I had to call reception after my consultation to get the name of the product. When I explained the reason of my call she displayed rude tone and disconnected the call. I attempted to call again she rudely and arrogantly asked me to call back by saying everyone is busy and before any response she again disconnected. Despite of paying too much of consultation fee, I got this type of treatment. If they were busy she could have said this to me politely and I would have understood.

Constantly 1 hour late or more.
DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR - SUPER DISRESPECTFUL of my time and kept staring at my face and skin when he's suppose to treat my daughter. CREEP.

No concession discount.

I make an appointment at 8am in the morning so my daughter can get to school on time. I am promised EVERY-TIME that she will be see within 30 mins so she can get to school. EVERY-TIME he's at least an hour or more wait time and she's late. Even up to 1 hour and 45 mins late.

How can he even be that late for an 8am appointment.

I'd had enough today and at 845am asked how long would it be. And told i'm next. Yet 15 min later at 9am - still not called in.

I walked out.

Find another doctor. He's not worth it and doesn't care. Nor do his staff.
