Dr Haider Najjar gave me my life back and my partner and I can't thank him enough. I would highly recommend Haider to anyone with endometriosis. His bedside manner is incredible, he is very caring, understanding and calm at all times. Haider didn't make me fight for a hysterectomy knowing I had tried everything and I knew it was the right decision for me. My partner and I greatly appreciate his help. Me and Husband highly recommend Dr Najjar. He has been absolutely amazing from diagnosing me with fibroids to Laproscopic surgery to get them out. As he explained to me lets get this out first and then will make beautiful baby i am really hoping for that day in my life. He is so caring, understanding & straight to the point. I can’t rate Haider Najjar and his beautiful team highly enough. My journey began with him in 2017 when my particular fertility issues had surpassed my regular Gynaecologist. Haider was exceptionally efficient in beginning the process to investigate and address my issues with an honest and upfront approach about everything and realistically what my chances of conception were. Multiple surgeries later paired with the right medications and I was able to conceive my son born in 2019 without the need for IVF. My uterus wasn’t in great shape so once again, I was given an upfront and honest opinion on the time frame to try for another child if at all. It wasn’t a large window. When the window of opportunity presented itself again I was of course straight back to Haider, this time I required IVF to conceive after the previous protocol didn’t work. Haider and the team were fantastic at explaining everything in depth and walking me through IVF in lockdown which would have felt extremely scary if not for them as my husband was not able to attend 95% of the appointments. Haider didn’t set my hopes too high, as usual my situation was touch and go so he was realistic. My cycle only presented me with one embryo, that one embryo is my 5 month old daughter. One month ago Haider performed an entirely laparoscopic hysterectomy as my uterus simply wasn’t worth having, it had served its purpose and needed to go. From the start of my Fertility Journey right through to the end, Haider was a godsend as it was so difficult, but didn’t feel as bad when I was so sure of the care I was in. 10/10 would recommend, can’t thank Haider enough - he is a gift.

Would certainly recommend Dr. Najjar for Endometriosis & Adenomyosis treatments. Explains well & makes the patient feel comfortable.

My husband and I had a great experience with Dr Najjar and his team. He was professional, to the point, had a high level of expertise and a wicked sense of humour! We fell pregnant on our first round of IVF and now have a healthy baby boy. I'd highly recommend him for fertility treatment.

3 weeks post op and I feel like a new woman. I rocked up to my appointment with my suitcase and Haider knew I was desperate for help. My Endometriosis pain was unbearable. Within hours he and his team had organised my hospital admission and surgery to follow a few days later. He personally called Dr T. C (colorectal surgeon) to assist him. This usually takes a lot of organising. I could not fault anything. My recovery has been amazing and all I can hope for now is a much better quality of life in my future. I am feeling very positive. We saw Dr. Najjar from the beginning (trying to conceive) right through to the delivery of our precious daughter. It was a journey but we seriously could not have asked for a better OB/specialist to be there every step of the way! Dr. Najjar was there for every question and uncertainty that we ever had, and he provided us with professional advice and it was always reassuring with his explanations. We LOVED his sense of humour, caring and personal approach and we enjoyed every appointment. We always reminisce about our pregnancy journey and the delivery of our daughter, though it was an emergency c-section we had the most incredible experience thanks to Haider – it was so personal, we played music, took photos and I got to pull her out myself which was a wish of mine. And a special thanks to his team Michelle, Rebecca and Karen who were always so caring and accommodating - especially during Covid.

Haider is an exceptional obstetrician. He has a wonderful relaxed manner, which is important when dealing with pregnant women. Haider does everything he can to ensure that both the mother and baby are as safe as possible. He spends his time talking to you and answering questions during consultations and will happily let you have a sneak peak of bub on the scanner in his room. During my second pregnancy, Michelle, a midwife started working with him too. She is absolutely lovely and they work well together. His receptionists, are sooo friendly and caring and are always ready to answer any questions. Haider always visits me in hospital after the baby is born and genuinely cares and is interested in our well being. My husband and I will be forever grateful to Haider, for bringing our four children safely into the world. Putting your child's life into someone else's hands is hard to do, but we have full faith in his ability. We cannot thank him enough for all that he has done. We highly recommend Haider!

Haider has been our doctor for 6+ years and I would highly recommend he and his team. Without Haider overseeing my IVF and then complicated deliveries I would not have the gift of 3 wonderful children. I could not be more thankful to Haider. Haider surrounds himself with the best team, I was fully supported by Karen and Jo. Karen is so helpful, supportive, knowledgeable and always on hand. Jo at Melbourne IVF is an amazing support to the service being provided by Haider. I can't thank Dr Najjar and his team enough for their care and service. I had been trying for a baby for quite a number of years with no luck. I had seen other OBs before Dr Najjar who were not helpful at all and misguided me. Dr Najjar is very straight forward and that's probably why some may feel that he is too rushed. Plus I do understand that he is very busy because of the demand for his service. But I appreciate that he doesn't give false hope and tells you straight up what is going on and what can be done. I now have a baby boy thanks to Dr Najjar and his team and already planning on our second. During my pregnancy and all the way through to delivery I was glad that I was under the care of Dr Najjar. He was always very thorough in telling me what is going on and answering all my questions. Karen, one of his staff has also always been really helpful and empathic when Dr Najjar was not available. During delivery, I did have complications but I am so happy that Dr Haider had been there all throughout to answer any of my concerns. I also know of friends who have been blessed with children since they have started seeing Dr Najjar. So thank you once again to Dr Najjar and his team and looking forward to having another angel under their care.

Dr Haider is an exceptionally skilled and remarkable doctor. I required additional attention to an existing condition during my pregnancy and Dr Haider provided the utmost care and guidance. During the birth of my first, I required an emergency caesar, a decision which Dr Haider decisively made and he also took time to debrief my husband and I on his decision making afterward. Dr Haider also delivered my second child and I recommend him to any woman who is pregnant or planning.

I had a serious infertility issue which I was struggling for over 5 years to conceive. The thought of many gynaecologists was that I will not be able to have a baby. But luckily I was directed to this marvellous person called Haider Najjar and I was filled with a hope for a baby for the first time ever in my life just after the first appointment with him. Though my condition was very bad he tried his level best with his kindnesses, experience, knowledge and the incredible staff colleague around him to fill my life with a cute baby girl. Actually he saved my life during the delivery due to my serious complication and I was nearly lost my life if he didn’t take the suitable action at the time. So he helped and visited me most of the time Even when I was at the ICU after this deadly drama. He comforted my husband every time during our hard journey for a healthy baby. So I would highly recommend this amazing skilled person to each and everyone of you WHO LOST HOPES.

I have been seeing Dr Najarr for the last few years due to trouble getting pregnant.last year we welcomed our son.a fantasic doctor who made us feel extremely important throughout our whole journey. This man is extremely busy and works long hours to make the dreams of many families come true. He knows how grateful we are for every thing he has done.and no pressure, but we are back to get another baby from him.hopefully it may be possible. A great team in his office too with Rebecca and Karen who are always happy to answer and questions and offer reassurance.

Dr Najjar comes across as very charismatic, but we quickly realized that the appointments are both short and non informative. As this was my first pregnancy I read up a lot online with the Dr Najjar not sharing any info unless I specifically asked a question. Even then I would get a very brief reply. I overlooked this as he came highly recommended. However when my baby was born he was diagnosed with a condition and had to be rushed for surgery. As it was in another hospital I was on my feet from day 2 post c section as I had to commute daily to the other hospital. Despite the complication Dr Najjar never bothered to check on how we both were doing despite having treated me for 9 months. Even when my son passed away 7 weeks post birth I never received a call even though he was aware of my sons passing. We were just a paycheck to him after all. For the amount that is being charged better service is expected, and there are other OBs out there who actually care.
