Dr Fred Fotouhi

My experience with Dr Fred was above and beyond any expectations I had, I had my eye lids lifted 6 days ago and I must say I was so nervous and very apprehensive as it was a local anesthetic, but Dr Fred is an amazing person who makes you feel very comfortable. I did not feel anything at all nothing, and after it was over I couldn’t believe what I saw in the mirror, also Dr Fred has asked me to send photos every day and I get a reply immediately, I have not had any pain or discomfort what do ever and I can’t stop looking in the mirror the person looking back at me looks a 20 year younger version of my self, brings tears to my eyes I am just so very happy and so grateful to Dr Fred he makes you feel so special and genuinely really cares, I must say I haven’t ever come across a Dr as dedicated and caring as Dr Fred I would recommend him very highly to any one, my girl friends are already to book their appointments, so thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr Fred Marlene

I am 10 weeks post threads that I requested to support the sagging skin under my chin. Apart from me not looking any different to before the procedure, I am still on pain killers to sleep at night and it is still too painful to smile or yawn properly.
At my follow up appointment he told me it would have worked if I was 15kg lighter (i am a size 12) and that this is a very serious and painful procedure. These 2 words “serious” and “painful” were not used in the explanation to me prior to the procedure despite me asking on 3 occasions if this was a procedure I could manage solo as I live alone. In that first discussion i felt pushed and pressured into booking before I was ready.
Overall I feel that the procedure was inappropriately sold to me as it was not fit for purpose, i was not adequately informed about the procedure and I was inadequately supported in the follow up.

So pleased with the results of my eyelift surgery. Dr Fred was so professional and friendly. Highly recommend him.

Fred has completely exceeded my expectations in every way. I was nervous about being awake and having my eyelids done… (restored!) The procedure was a breeze and both the procedure and recovery pain free! Fred has me text him daily with photos and replies instantly, his work is amazing and his duty of care second to none. The best money and the best hour I have ever spent! I can’t recommend him highly enough, I am beyond happy!
