Procees is not transperent and charging too much. First option Doctor charge $6k upfront and after you claim yourself to medicare and health insurance. Second option Doctor charging around $4k for surgery, it is out of pocket cost plus Aneshetist plus doctor assistant. They will ask you to conesent form but dont sign until you get financial consent form, after please confirm with your health insurance. This doctor only money making and not following satandard. Receptionist very rude and not cooprrative. She ask us to pay full amount and not reund our some money. Be care full. There are other good doctor who do surgery with no out of pocket gap fee. So please check with insurance.

Too many charges, and fees are very costly, too many hidden costs are involved and not covered by the Bupa medical gap scheme. The doctor is good, but Staff Liz is so rude. Please don't waste your time with this doctor.

Dr Chin Yong was a lovely gentleman who went above and beyond to fix my Prolasped bowel.
Nothing was too much for him to help me with any concerns.

I’m so grateful for meeting Dr Chin Yong as I had been suffering from bladder pain for about 6 years when I met him. He explained the treatment he provides and I was delighted that he could book me in straight away. I realized easing of the pain and frequency from the first treatment. It’s meant I can go out and don’t have to constantly look for toilets wherever I go. Seeing a Urogynecologist is in itself daunting. I read up on many experts in this field but what made Dr Yong unique was his holistic approach. Surgery should always be the last resort! Many Drs come across text book and overly clinical. Their mannerism often arrogant and dry. Mr Yong was so welcoming, compassionate, sensitive but very informative. Your opinion matters and he is not shy of saying I agree or disagree with the opinions of others which I value the most. There needs to be 6* to rate this exceptional man. He has my utmost trust and confidence. So thank you very much. I’d also like to mention his receptionist Liz who is your first point of contact. She is so friendly and accommodating. I cannot thank Dr Chin and staff for their professional and caring treatment of me over the past year. At all times every question and concern was explained in detail with patience and understanding.
