This is the best place in Melbourne for mobile phone screen protectors. They even apply the cover for you perfectly at no extra cost.

Always head to Dr Boom in city when i have issues with my mobile. Very helpful staff. Good range of products and services. Today phone wasn't charging, he looked at it immediately and thoroughly and carefully cleaned charging port and speakers, using a range of correct tools. Was happy to keep it plugged in to charge for a bit to make sure it was back to working correctly.
Definately one of the best Go To shops for technology needs.

Extremely poor customer service, product knowledge and stock. There are many more options in the CBD who understand what professional means. Don't waste your time or money here. I guess I will receive a generic "sorry to hear you had a bad experience " which will resolve none of the actual issues, just empty apologies.still.

First they tried to sell me a case that was already scratched up, when asked for a new piece they said they didn’t have any stock left and said they can’t refund me. Which they did give a car charger instead, but I don’t drive. They made so much of promises about a tempered glass protector and one day in with just regular use, it’s all scratched up. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. I paid 110 dollars for absolutely nothing. Just do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I used to go there to repair my mobile phone but NO MORE!
The last time I went there, a crack on the screen of my phone had to be fixed. They charged me $250 for a new screen!
A couple of months later some purple
'gunk' appeared under my screen and it started to spread all over. When I went back to that shop the lady told me that it was MY fault 'cos I had dropped my phone!
I told her I had NOT dropped it at all but she did not believe it, insisted I had done so and that it was a common occurrence!

I had to resort to buying a new, cheaper phone 'cos it was not worthwhile spending so much money to repair a broken screen.
