After having a vasectomy last April here all was well for the 1st 2 months. Then I developed constant testicular pain and have suffered with it for the last 12 months. I have been diagnosed with post vasectomy pain syndrome which is a chronic condition and am now considering a reversal.
Im not saying it is a direct result of the procedure but what has upset me is that I've reached out twice to the clinic for some advice and details on what type of vasectomy I had so I can make a decision moving forward but I've had no response whatsoever, just an automated email to say they've received my message.
I'm really disappointed in their post customer service,

Simple process and pain free. Loved the service and the fact I could drive there and home within 2 hours. Just got my results today after 3 months and I am now Blank! Dr Blank sorted me out! Thanks highly recommended!

In and out in 30 mins which included pre consultation and surgery. Couldn't fault Dr Blanks, he was very informative and made me feel at ease during the procedure. Recovery was around 5 days. Oh and got a free 'Dr Blanks' stubby holder and pen too!

I'm a very nervous person and they ensured the procedure was quick and painless. Just some adjusting and that was it. Pleasantly surprised how chill it was. Honestly dentist was way worse.

I would definitely recommend Dr Blanks to anyone that is thinking of having a vasectomy. The entire process was hassle free from the moment I made the appointment to the day I got the procedure done. I was pretty apprehensive about getting a vasectomy, as I'm sure of lot of men would be too. However, Dr Manny was absolutely brilliant, his calmness, great conversation and professionalism really helped put me at ease throughout the whole process. I was pleasantly surprised with the procedure, with very minimal pain whatsoever, even watching what was going on at times. The whole process took around 40 minutes, that's both consultation and procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Manny (Dr Blanks) to anyone thinking of getting a vasectomy. Thanks so much.

There are some great combination of things in this world. For example Pizza and Beer. Or Dinner and a Movie. Want to know what has never been on my list of great combos? Extremely Sharpe Blades and My Testicles. Of course nerves are going to affect you. Dr. Blanks (not his real name btw) was excellent and professional. This is the last place you want to hear a Dr.go "oops". A few days before a reminder is sent, along with consent forms. I also received a call from the Dr.to confirm everything. The offices are perfectly clean and well presented. I arrived right on time, and they were also ready immediately. I really appreciate we could just go.let's do it. Everything was well explained beforehand and the procedure went just as described. If anything a I feel a little better than I expected the next day. Absolutely professional throughout, and clearly an expert. 5 stars. Don't loose a nut in your pursuit of busting a nut without worry.call Dr. Blanks

Was nervous and uneasy with getting this procedure done. But within 5 minutes of being there I was so relaxed. Didn't feel a thing. The Dr was awesome talking all the way through to help with nervous. In the end was just like laying there having a chat not even thinking about what was going on. Would highly recommend this place. Having met, and been operated on by Dr Manny, the process was a lot smoother than I imagined. Told me exactly what to expect, answered my questions completely, and had a killer soundtrack. I will never hear “come on Eileen” or “sweet Caroline” the same. Touching me, touching you, for sure.

Had my procedure here on the weekend. Dr made me feel really comfortable and was finished in under 20mins. Really wasnt anything to worry about. No pain during procedure and no stitches at the end! Thank you!

Staff and doctor were clear and concise with expected steps to be taken during and after the procedure.
Was confident that the experience gained from the years the doctor had done this procedure would pay off, and wasn't ever made to feel uncomfortable or unable to know what was happening.

Just had the procedure done in Melbourne. I was stressed a bit but the Dr handled it all very well. It was really painless and the instructions were very good. Let's hope these peas work their magic!
