Dr Pokharel is very kind, extremely knowledgeable and caring person. I have been seeing him regularly in the last two years and as a result, my health has improved significantly to a point that I now feel that I almost have my life back. One thing I appreciate the most with Dr. Pokharel is that, during the challenging times when I was not able to understand and articulate what was going on with me, he was able to establish quickly my condition and apply the right treatment approach and continuously review it based on the progress made. This showed to me his extensive knowledge and vast experience in his profession. He is a great listener and always involves me in the decision making process. The receptionists are so lovely and always lift your spirits when things are tough! Their organisation is fantastic and they help everything run smoothly!
