If I were to describe Dr. Greensmith, "meticulous and gratuitously humble" would be the words that come to mind. The wait to consult with him was undoubtedly worth it. I can't possibly sing his praises enough, and it seems I'm not the only one feeling this way. Others here share the sentiment, and there's very little left to say that hasn't already been said about him.

When I sought a revision, he handled the situation with the utmost professionalism, never speaking ill of the prior surgeon's work. Instead of promising miracles, he offered a realistic expectation of a small improvement and was surprisingly unpushy, encouraging me to weigh cost versus benefit. To my delight, the final result far exceeded my expectations. I had hoped for a result I could live with, but what I received was a result I absolutely love. It's remarkable how he managed to minimise and conceal the past mistakes so skilfully that I can barely notice them.

I hold high regard for competent individuals, but when such extraordinary skill is combined with a kind and pleasant personality, you can't help but gush about this stranger to friends and family. I chose Dr. Greensmith for his artistic abilities and excellent client reviews, but meeting him instilled a sense of safety and trust that left me with barely any questions or directions for him. There are a few things in life that leave me in awe of their magnificence. They include the powdery snow in Niseko, a fresh octopus salad beachside in Croatia, my miniature schnauzer Axel, any sunset in Western Australia, and, of course, Dr. Greensmith. We are incredibly fortunate to have him here in Australia.

My surgeon doctor Andrew Greensmith has a lovely bedside manner for starters, very caring and catering. My breast implant removal, lift and replacement was not just a success but they are the most perfect breasts I have ever seen, they’ve put me out of pain also as he’d replaced with a smaller implant due to pain because the implant was too big so much it had folded inside me. I’m so happy with them. All of his team are wonderful, his personal assistant Lee, the nurses and the anaesthetist, also the receptionists are very professional aswell.

Dr. Andrew Greensmith is a warm, friendly surgeon who treats his patients like a human rather than ‘just’ another case number. He is talented in his craft and specialises in surgeries that keep one looking natural rather than fake. With subtle but big changes to my nose, I am incredibly happy with the result and with it looking so natural.those who were unaware I ever got the surgery have seemed to not notice (a quality I had hoped for).
Not only does my nose look more aesthetically pleasing, but functionally I can breathe one hundred times better. I used to live off of nasal spray and suffer from recurring sinus infections due to blockage. Now, I can actually breathe through my nose and haven’t suffered a sinus infection since. I even had covid recently and could breathe out of my nose the whole time.

I felt comfortable from the initial consultation and I immediately knew my search for a plastic surgeon for my rhinoplasty had come to an end. I didnt have to describe to him what I wanted-he already had the perfect idea for my nose in his mind. My result is so natural as the best plastic surgery is when you can’t tell its plastic surgery. The healing was a breeze and I hardly experienced any pain or swelling. I would highly recommend him and I’d love to come back to him in the future for something else. Thank you Andrew! After having 3 rhinoplasties with another surgeon, I was left with my nose deformed and unable to breath from, I was extremely upset. I lived with my botched nose for 10 years before finding Dr Greensmith after extensive research as I could not risk anything further going wrong. I was very picky when choosing a surgeon to perform my revision rhinoplasty as I had quite frustrating results after my first one. I knew that this time I had to explore all my options and find the best plastic surgeon for the job.
