Dr Alice Rudd

I have seen both Dr Rudd and Dr McDonald and they were both exceptional. They created an extremely welcoming and comfortable environment and were both so professional and knowledgeable. I love visiting Skin Depth and would recommend to anyone!

Saw Dr Alice Rudd because of skin redness/dryness. Alice gave clear and concise directions as well as explanations of the underlying issues and was friendly and personable.

I waited for 1.5 hours to be seen by Dr Rudd, the appointment then only lasted 15 minutes in which she rushed through a series of questions, prescribed me antibiotics, scribbled some notes on a sheet of paper for me and that was it. For the amount that I paid, I did not feel valued and cared for as a patient. I will be going elsewhere.

Dr Alice Rudd is very compassionate and caring. It’s nice to see a specialist who cares so much about her patients. She identified and treated my illness in no time. Thank you.

I’ve seen Alice Rudd at a couple of different clinics before seeing her at Skindepth.
I haven’t liked seeing her at Skindepth, and I no longer attend the clinic.

When I saw Alice at other clinics, I felt that I could ask questions, and that there was time for things.
At her own clinic, there isn’t much time, and I just felt like some patient that they see in a busy day.

When I saw Alice for Botox at another clinic, she was there a lot, there was time to ask questions.
At her own clinic for Botox, a nurse would call me in, a nurse would prep me, we’d wait for Alice to come in, she’d rush in, she’d do the Botox while making small talk, then rush back out.

The last time I had a consult appointment to ask questions, it was quite upsetting for me.
I had made a consult appointment as there isn’t much time for questions any other time.
Alice was short with me, and used a tone. She’s more outspoken at her own clinic.

I feel that I can’t talk about things, can’t ask about things, and that I annoy her, so there’s no point in going.

Also, this clinic isn’t the best with returning phone calls.

Its been less than a week and my sons skin is improving already following the advise of Dr Alice Rudd. Its wonderful knowing exactly what the condition is and how to treat it. I don't know why I waited so long to go, the appointment was worth its weight in gold. Highly recommend for any skin related issues. Also got some cream for pigmentation that come out during pregnancy that I had to have script for and have made up at a compounding pharmacy and I also cannot believe I didn't do this earlier and so glad that I went to Dr. Rudd and not a laser clinic which could have made it worse.

I've been seeing Dr Alice Rudd for years now as my dermatologist for both medical and cosmetic needs.
The laser treatments have been incredible, removing my broken capillaries and lightening some pigmentation I had.
The needling procedure was so effective in treating the fine lines around my eyes. The clinic is always on time, costs are communicated before the procedure and I am always made to feel comfortable. I cannot recommend this clinic enough!

Seeing Dr Alice Rudd was without a doubt the best doctor's appointment experience I have ever had. First specialist I have seen that actually takes the time to talk.her nurses are extremely knowledgeable too, friendly and inviting. Do not usually feel comfortable seeing specialists but I felt completely relaxed. Would just like to thank the nurse and Dr Alice Rudd for being so inviting and welcoming.
