The steroid creams which he was prescribing on an ongoing basis all have warnings on pharmacy printouts (available on request) "not to be used continually for more than a few weeks". That was not the advice Alex Chamberlain gave us.

Highly recommend Dr Alex. He diagnosed my father in law when other doctors couldn't. Worth the interstate trip to see him!

I have seen Alex for many years for my eczema and find him excellent. Very knowledgeable, caring, practical and compassionate. Having seen others prior to be referred I cannot recommend Alex highly enough.

Yes that's right, in 48 hrs, there was a huge improvement, OMG, and others could not fix in 8 months. I started to believe there was no cure for my skin and became very depressed. He call me to make sure that everything is ok. Extremely grateful and thankful that I saw him. I gave him an expensive bottle of wine to say THANK YOU. We always hear the negative, BUT not so much about the success. Dr. Chamberlain is the best ever. He saved me. He really did. So Thank you again.

With my having extremely difficult to treat eczema, I have found that Dr Alex Chamberlain has been the best dermatologist I have consulted.

We have had to live through hell for the past 4 years due to you negligence carelessness and incompetence. If it affected your child you would treat our suffering more seriously. Maybe one day there will be a class action against you which is long overdue.

Attitude and professionalism was fine but the lotions/cleansers that Dr. Chamberlain recommended and prescribed for me only made my skin worse. Don't think I'll be going back.

I've been seeing Dr Chamberlain for many years now. He's incredibly professional and a joy to deal with.wouldnt trust my skin to anyone else.

Dr Chamberlain has been my families dermatologist for over 8 years. He has treated a range of skin issues with the utmost care and professionalism.
I have recommended him to a number of friends and extended family and will continue to do so. Dr Chamberlain can always be relied on for his high level of knowledge and I always feel comfortable in his presence. The practise staff are also very welcoming and professional.

This 'respectable doctor' who has numerous patients with eczema should be held accountable for much acute unnecessary suffering, as are dermatologists who recommend powerful steroid creams for long term treatment of eczema. There are other milder creams and lotions that can do the same job (the manufacturers recommend NOT taking them continuously) which do less harm to the skin. His advice is irresponsible and harmful, causing patients agony after long term use.

I saw Dr Chamberlain and found him to be extremely professional and caring. His expertise in treating my condition was second to none. The staff were also efficient and pleasant. Highly recommended!

The whole experience was absolutely terrible. His advice has had a long lasting detrimental impact on my skin. I strongly regret ever seeing him.
