I went this place with my daughter before taking the Skybus. However, it was unfortunately not a good experience.
It was an early morning, and my daughter and myself were only customers but the staff were talking all the time in their own language while not interacting with us. We felt that, we did not exist there. The one who did pedicure to me was just tapping my foot when I need to change my position.
Unfriendly and unkind.
The work they did was not a bad job but that couldn't cover their service ethics.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. As a first-timer, I expected some guidance, but the staff showed little interest in explaining anything and were rather rude. To make matters worse, I was shocked to be asked to pay $100 without any clear justification. Avoid this place if you value good service and fair pricing.

Racheal's attention to detail is impeccable! She takes the time to make sure my nails are perfect every time.

2.5 weeks has passed, the colour haven’t changed, the extension haven’t de attached from the nail, the cuticles aren’t peeling… couldn’t be more happier

Got SNS nails done today and they did such an amazing job. Extremely professional service. They do get a lot of footfall though so I would recommend booking an appointment in advance. Extremely reasonably priced too:)

Visited this spa for the first time today and I’m so happy with Lilly. She was fast, efficient and thorough. Value for money and excellent service. Definitely coming back.

Color choices and design are good. The quality of the product was also nice, but I felt they were a bit rude and treated people differently. Not happy with their customer service level.

Nails weren't yhe highest quality but they were very pretty- the staff were lovely too

The staff do an excellent job, taking time to care for the whole nail, cuticles etc. Very reasonable prices. ️️

Last few weeks went to this place wanna redo my nails and even I had a reservations I still sit there for 30minutes no one start to remove my nails and I saw them still keep on let the new customer come in so I leave.
Today I went again to redo shellac plain color matte top without manicure on my own short nail no extensions can you believe that I’ve been told to pay for $55? I was like how can I pay that expensive for the remove and redo plain shellac color? I think you guys should let customer know the price before we start right? Also for the most important thing is the staff always talking to their colleagues using their own language and you don’t even know are they talking about your bad. To be honest not worth to pay for $55 for this hand work too. It’s was a really terrible experience.

Nail tech was not friendly towards my friend. The girl got annoyed when my friend was taking her hand out from the LED lamp even though the light was turning off quickly. My hands were properly lotioned after, but the other girl just touched my friends hand for like 2 seconds and wiped the leftover lotion with tissue.
Definitely not returning here. My nail tech was fine but what if I had ended up with that other girl. There are many other places where they all communicate decently and give a proper service.

Downturn Nail Spa has always provided me with courteous and friendly service and wonderful nails.

Today I have the best nails I have ever had on both hands and feet. I was accommodated even when I did not have an appointment. Nothing was too much trouble. The technicians are so giving and deliver the best standard of work womenship.

I really like this place! Having moved interstate 3 times in the last 3 years, I'm sad that I can't find anywhere in Brisbane that compares! Every time I visit Melbourne, this is my first stop. I don't think I've ever been disappointed. There are so many new colours, but I love today's look!

Last time I came here they sat me down and told me they had time to do a set and then changed there mind and said they didn’t have enough time to do anything for me because I wanted to try something new. They told me to book an appointment next time so I tried booking appointment and now they say I can’t book in because last time I didn’t like the new shape. I’ve been coming here for over a year and have been a Loyal customer.so I’m very sad and upset about this as I wanted to step out of my comfort zone to help with my ASD and try something new and now I’m getting asked not to book in for nails.very disappointed

This is the best and my-go-to place to get nails done. Everyone is so friendly. The place is always full. Rachel does such a fantastic job! ️
