4Never Buy from these People- Ever- The Watch I brought stopped working on the first day- so I asked for a return- I brought this through Amazon, so put the label on and sent it off. I left a bad review and they complained about that and then refused to refund my money for the watch without a postal tracking ID- I don't have it so this has cost me $370 - beware of these people they shouldn't be allowed to sell their goods through Amazon.
Wish I read the reviews here before placing my order. Been waiting over 2 weeks for my order. No tracking info sent. It was only when I chased where it's at and asked for tracking info I learnt it was sent via SingPost aka coming from Singapore. Thought I was supporting a local Victorian business. So misleading and would NOT order again - shame on you.
It's a complete waste of time dealing with this company. Orders take weeks to arrive and service is severely lacking. Take your business elsewhere.
So Down under watches aka vchain e-commerce aka IDS Company (RTS) is a Singapore company that sells via private websites and sites such as Kogan.com they claim they are Australian.yes they have a location in Vic but this location is purely used to repackaged items purchased.their communication is very poor and clearly scripted (copied and pasted) as proof if they reply to this lol
In all seriousness they claimed they shipped my item the next day after purchase which was great but Australia post only had the shipping info and nothing more with the whole time they claimed they have sent the item and Australia post have it which was NOT the case and 8 days later lo & behold Australia post FINALLY received the item which shows they were lying.on down under watches it shows they do ship from Singapore but not on their other locations I will be sending this to Australian consumer affairs as there Is NOWHERE at all that I can see their ABN number which is a legal requirement I have asked them for it with no reply at all which is a legal requirement that they do provide it if they are a legal Australian business
