Buying new Ugg boots was an unexpected bonus during a recent holiday in Port Fairy. We drove to the shop, received excellent service and found an impressive range of products. I was especially pleased to be able to buy men’s moccasins for larger feet. The service was that nice ‘old style’ attentive 1: 1.

Sue at Killarney Down Under UGG Boots has been so friendly & helpful, if theres any problems at all she cannot do enough to help & makes sure the customer is happy. The range of products there is amazing (not just ugg boots). So many beautiful sheepskin products & other items including sox & clothing, sheepskins & so much more!

Excellent quality products. A wide range of mats, boots, hand bags, seat covers. There was a vast array of fabulous useful items/gift ideas etc. A biglovely attentive service too.

Went with my partner to get some new slippers and the lady working was professional and welcoming, she assisted with finding some that would fit my partner's huuuuge feet comfortably.
All the stock feels very high-quality.

Went in to buy boots, came out with two pairs of gloves.
Most of their products are made in Australia. Nice service, lady had a really positive attitude and keenly showed us everything we wanted to see.
