Extremely frustrating to deal with, do not deliver when they say they will, managers will not speak to you, have been waiting for screens to be delivered over 3 months after we moved in to our new home and they tell us still 2 weeks away. Informed us the delay due to not receiving email with window measurements? Would be funny if not so annoying since they manufacturered the windows! If the maker doesn't have the measurements who in heavens name should have, then I was told there has been a hiccup with their supplier, lol! Very original excuse. Meanwhile we continue to wait
