Dowell Windows

Nel Liyanagama in Dowell has provided me ongoing support in the last 2 years during my new townhouse build. This included window selection, quoting, taking orders and follow up with order completion. There have been some drawbacks in terms of delay in delivery, short shipment, installation and technical support from Dowell, but Nel was always the one who did not shy away but tried his best to help me out. It was very pleasant to deal with him.

I deal with Marianne at Dowell all the time and have been for many years.
She is amazing to deal with always professional, always helpful and always pleasant. These are the attitudes I use in my business also and its so refreshing to find someone with the same attitudes as its NOW the exception Not the rule. Thanks Marianne.

Beware of this company please please do not use these guys! Very nice to begin with and product looks good in show room, BUT once you've paid in full before you receive your product which is there policy you have no leg to stand on. Marieanne Spiteri is so rude no customer service at all especially when you have a problem with the windows and the manager is just as bad, very abusive and has a dont give a f? Attitude. The finished quality was horrible and in the end we were financially out of pocket.
Someone who has to give there own company five stars (Mez Spiteri) must say alot about the company I wish I realised that sooner.

Disgusting! Absolutely disgusted. Can not even give them one star! Had one off the Dowell tradies come to my new home for my 3 months maintenance to repair two off my window panels. In the process he scratches both off my panels with his belt which had tinting on them. The tradie said he will notify the office so that they can send me out a Cheque to repair it. Sounds reasonable since mistakes can occur. Got no call from the office. I call them then dealt with so called the manager who has no people skills whats so ever on top off that an disgusting attitude, as if I am chasing something that I am not entitled too. It has now been 5 - 6 weeks and Still no cheque.still no reply to my emails or a phone call. All I want is my expensive tinted windows repaired since they destroyed them. Definitely taking this matter further! Think twice before choosing Dowell for your homes. A first year apprentice would do more of a through, professional job then what they do. Their work Sucks as much as their attitude!
