5Needed to exchange pants to another size. No offer of help to look for pants in the store. When I returned back to the counter and informed the staff member my size doesn’t seem to be there, again no offer of help or checking if another store had stock. Ended up returning for a refund and purchased pants elsewhere.
Brilliant customer experience with staff members, toady particular with Jade Tomass from Dotti Watergardens store and the entire team, always willing to go that extra mile for me! ThNk you and keep up the great work!
Great! Some staff are extremely lovely some are a bit more hesitant but overall is good.
Dotting has many nice clothes however they can be quite expensive. They often have discounts which is great
8 staff working there yesterday morning. I walked around the whole store. Did not get greeted or spoken to. Tried on clothes. Went to the counter to pay and the girl behind the counter was on the phone. She did not even acknowledge me, and walked away from the counter. I waited 4 minutes while looking around at the staff, they were all having conversations with one another and not even bothering to see if customers needed help. Had to yell out 'Can I get some help please? '. Worst retail service I've ever received.
