Rude customer service, bought some knitwear today this girl put all the clothes to bags without folding them properly. All wrinkled. She should know those aren’t easy to iron. I don’t think she cares. She did not even bother to look at the customers or greet them.not a friendly sales girl. Or a store.
I don't review but this needed to be. Second time dealing with this salesgirl.was on the register today and omg her behaviour was appalling and plain rude! No smile, judgemental.and 0 customer service. Pls look into this? I have always had good experience but whenever she is there, I feel off after iv dealt with her. Don't want to post her name here but happy to tell in a private message if management want to know!
APPALLING ATTITUDE. Asked for AfterPay options (minimum etc.) to receive the following reply: "I don't know, I don't use Afterpay! " Her tone was annoyed and she never looked at me. I returned the following week and asked whether that was a size 8, the security tag covered it and I could not see. Her reply: "I don't know. Is that what you grabbed? "
Jen was absolutely amazing, I asked about a pair of pants that were not on the shelf, she let me know there was one pair left out to back and she would have a look for them the day after, she then sent me a message to let me know she had found them and had put them on hold for me. So rare to find such great customer service. Thanks again Jen!
