8 I went to the store on Saturday the 10th of June to do a change.
Then I went to the counter as I bought another top to my daughter.
Cashier who worked at the counter was a pretty charming girl.

The customer service experience at this store was extremely disappointing. It seems like I am being singled out by a particular staff member who showed no willingness to assist me with a refund. Despite my polite request for alternative options, she responded in a rude manner, simply stating, "there is no other way. " It would have been much better if she had suggested the possibility of store credit, which could be used at a later time. I believe it is essential for the store manager to ensure that the floor staff receives proper training and, during morning briefings, emphasize the importance of leaving personal issues at home and not carrying them into their job. I would rather go out of my way to visit another Dotti store than return to this one.
Great shopping experience. From the moment I walked in, Kara introduced herself to me and offered help that felt genuine. I wasn’t planning on buying anything but I did due to the pleasant experience and also the awesome prices.
Dotti is preferable brand but their TRY ROOMS are always dirty, full of hair and dirt. It seems like they never clean it. If your clothes will fall on floor mistakenly, even black will turn into white. PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRIAL ROOMS CLEAN.

5 stars! Based on several trips over the last couple of years. My most recent trip was on Dec 31st in the afternoon. I couldn't believe how upbeat and bubbly all sales staff still were at this hour! Honestly, each girl who I interacted with showed genuine enthusiasm toward their job and everyone they served. Helpful, happy, smiles all around and a willingness to assist. Keep up the great work Dotti! Xx
