Do NOT shop at this store unless you want to be accused of stealing! My poor mum who has been working hard her whole life had to go back into the store 3 months later to ask them to take off the security tag that THEY LEFT ON the top she bought, she did not have a receipt because she put the top away into her wardrobe and only realised 3 months later that the security tag was still left on! They then insinuated that she stole the piece of clothing, they accused my mother of stealing a $15 top due to their own negligence of not taking off the security tag when she purchased the item! The woman then acted as if she was the victim stating she was "uncomfortable" taking off the tag even though they were the ones who forgot it on! Absolutely ridiculous and so disappointing. Do your jobs properly next time and this will not happen!

Fantastic staff, beautiful designs. However, their dresses are at least 2 sizes down. And their highest size is 18, that even almost AU size 14-16 and not available other than online. So if you need a bigger size, it's not your place, unfortunately

The manageress yesterday at Dotti went above and beyond to help us with sizing etc, then spent time helping us with gift cards. The nicest staff member ever. Thankyou

Oh my gosh! I really love this place, staff is super friendly and nice, a girl steffni is super nice, went there today for shopping and the way she guided me it was superb, u don't need to ask a friend to go for shopping bcoz staff is super supportive?

Staff are great and friendly. Clothes are also really nice. However i feel like there is so much stuff cluttered everywhere and not enough room to move around as store is small aswell.

The staff at Dotti in Northlands are rude and racist. My friends and I saw them treat a customer with a hijab with utter disrespect. In other occasions, I have seen them be rude to their only ethnic staff member. They are just horrible!
