Exceptional customer service from The two young lady's who greeted and served me in a professional way and also offer assistance if I need it great sales.

It's important that I preface this review with the fact that I'm a woman over 50. This is not a store designed in any way, shape or form for the likes of me. Although I appreciate it. I bought a coat online and it didn't fit. It was lovely quality for a very reasonable price but not my style. They returned the unit price without question. I had the feeling that I was one of many online customers streaming into the store after lockdown with ill-considered purchases. The barking of the manager at staff whilst putting through my transaction made the experience unpleasant. This is a small store amongst many other in Melbourne Central. They sit cheek by jowl all with a certain something which sets them apart from one another. I've always liked Dotti. Their designs are current, wearable, inexpensive. I buy a Dotti piece knowing that it will last a short time and then it will be missed. The store itself is overstuffed so browsing is a chore. It is like so many stores now that have chosen the "Cosco" approach to fashion retail. Stacks of merchandise that have to be wrestled with to find your size and crammed rails. It is what it is; not tidy nor clean, just there, open for business (which is an excellent state of being for all Victorian retailers) Perhaps it Melbourne Central which is the let down. More research is required.

Molly was such an amazing help! I was there Wednesday night and came back Thursday morning because I still was unsure about the outfit I picked for Valentine’s Day. I called after closing hours and left a Message to put a jumpsuit on hold and they did, but molly helped me pick out something that suited my body much better! She helped me so much and was so sweet! Thank you so much molly!

The assistants in this store were so helpful and knew their stock really well. They fetched my daughter different sizes and were super friendly. I found them to be well presented and organised. We were looking for an outfit for a photoshoot and came out very happy with the best outfit! Thanks guys!

This woman (hard to say her name) talked so loud and in a condescending manner. I never been embarrassed in my life in public. She tried hard to be helpful but was not really helpful at all!

The girls are so lovely and accommodating. I called during the day and asked to have 2 skirts on hold as I needed to exchange what I bought online to the right size, they were very accommodating when I came after work to exchange the items.

An order placed 10 days ago.still not shipped. I have been given 3 different reasons, on why it has been held up.more than happy to take my $$. Terrible service and Customer Service is non existent. I have also sent 2 emails and no reply.pathetic!
