Dotti

Purchased items from DFO Essendon on 24/11. Couldn’t try items in store as long queue for change room.
I went to return some items at Dotti high point as it’s 10mins from home. Got served by LILY (is the store manager) who didn’t look happy as I was returning DFO clothing!
She looks at the receipt saying I can’t take it back as it was purchased on the 24/11 and it’s 29/12. I pointed out to her that any purchases from 17/11 -24/12 can be returned by 1st Jan 2023 which clearly states on the receipt! She looks at the receipt again realises she’s wrong then she looks quite angry. No apology for her lack of knowledge of returns policy of her own store! I said to her why you so angry when doing returns. She didn’t answer and her colleague overhearing my comment started sniggering thinking it’s funny! I walked out of the store feeling quite upset how I was treated. My family and friends shop at Dotti a lot for yrs and when buying stuff staff are very helpful and friendly! But for whatever reason you need to return stuff their demeanour changes!
Absolutely appalling service from Lily the Store manager and I will be lodging an official complaint about her behaviour to Dotti head office!
On the same day I had taken some online purchases back to Portmans and Myer for return and their service was so friendly and easy!

Average experience, stock wise it’s what you’d expect from other locations. Fitting room lights were too reflective on dark clothes in the mirror for photos to be accurate in showing colours.

Leah was an absolute doll. I dont usually shop at dotti but I walked past with my mum today and she helped us and made us feel so comfortable.

Best customer service ever! Everyone should shop shop here and be served by the lovely dotti highpoint ladies! Exceptional!

I have honestly never really shopped at Dotti as used to find their clothing quite expensive, but my mother and I now LOVE shopping at Dotti these last few months due to their lovely new range and amazing sales as of late. My mother and I shopped here on the 14/04/22 and was served by Ariana G who was SO incredibly friendly in her assistance of finding our size/ stock and waited very patiently while we tried on the clothing. We really appreciated her honesty, help, and wonderful service. We also shopped here a few more times after this and still had exceptional customer service. So thank you kindly Ariana and the girls/ team at Dotti for a fun and lovely shopping experience:). Also LOVE the Dotti Outlet too:)

Dotti Highpoint is a great store. Has a good range of styles and sizes. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Unbeatable customer service!

I bought a dress from the store in highpoint shopping centre. After a couple of weeks when I wanted to wear the dress, I realised that I picked a wrong size (one size bigger). I wasn't sure if they accept to exchange it as I did not have the receipt with me. But to my surprise, they exchanged it with another dress as they were run out of the model that I had bought. I have to mention that they called up other stores and could find one for me, but I didn't want the hassle of going there. The customer service was brilliant. The ladies were polite, friendly and quite helpful. I enjoyed my purchase and will definitely continue to shop from this store.
