Went for Wednesday lunch. The girls gave an awesome service and the food was delicious. Thank you.

Very bad service. Waited for half hour just for plain dosa and samosa when it wasn't busy still.

Their service is so bad like I ordered a dosa the first time and they didn’t add it to my order then the second time I ordered it they still didn’t give it then. I had to ask a third time for it then it came. The food is amazing but their staff is very clumsy. GET BETTER STAFF

I really like the food and service specially one of the staff member named raman. The dosas and chicken biryani are so tasty.

They don’t know what it calls VEG FRIED RICE. When I said there is no soya sauce they said this is Fried rice. It was like pathetic and when I ask to do little bit spicy to add Sauce they said we can’t do it now. After doing argue they took return and gave same rice with adding some GARAM MASALA. Come on you are running restaurant you don’t know what sauces can be add in CHINESE cuisine?
I NEVER go on this place. Don’t recommend to anyone.

I order dosa and vada most of the times. Food preparation is good and it is tasty. But the sambhar and chutney is never adequate and when you ask they ask you to pay extra. The dosa prices are higher than other joints but they cant serve adequate sambhar and chutney. Management is bit rude and can waste 20 minutes of your time arguing over 3 dollar worth of sambhar. I hope they should get over from such petty things.

Worst service. I specially called them to customize my order but they done nothing and received wrong order. Can't do anything on uber. No spoon, napkins provided.basic service steps.

Absolutely unbelievable level of service. Just pay and leave don’t worry getting your food. Hope the council shuts this place down for good soon

It has been a shameful day for Dosa hut today. Service was very poor. I waited more than 1 hour for my order. Very disappointed.

Walked into the restaurant on Friday 30 June and ordered Masala dosa.
The dosa I got was the worst one I had. The tomato chutney was synthetic and not made from tomatoes. It was like ready made sauces from a cheap supplier. Coconut chutney was the worst ad well there was no taste of Coconut and I don't know why they serve people with such a bad quality. It was not more than $2.00 whatever they served and on top of bad quality they charge you a good amount for the masala dosa. Disgusting experience.
Their staff was arguing with each other, seems like they dont get paid and were making bad faces. Not a good place to have food.

Order through menulog this morning.

2 serve idly wada
2 serve masala dosa and
2 serve ghee podi idly

1st the order was too late recieved after 1hr 15mins after placing the order.

Second we have one recieved one chutney in a medium size box, which will be only enough for 2 dosa.

I had to make my own chutney at home after spending $87.

What’s the point in ordering through menulog?

The food here is fresh, delicious and tasty. Every dish I tried here still now is superb. I'd definitely recommend everyone to come eat here. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Would come here again.

We did a big takeaway order a day in advance for it to be ready at a certain time the next day. The service and punctuality was on point. Food has always been tasty. Chicken noodles are our fav from here. Biryani is quite authentic and little on the spicy end. Prices are quite reasonable for family packs. - A forever customer.

The food here is very piquant and delicious! All their food is amazing, especially their gongura mutton biryani (which is my favorite personally). I recommend everyone to go and try some of their beautifully made dishes, and if I could, I’d rate their restaurant way more than 5 stars. And for the staff, they’re enormously friendly and overall, the customer service is top notch. I seriously can’t recommend eating here enough! You must go and eat there at least once, I can guarantee that you won’t regret it at all.

Almost everything is between $15 to $16. Friendly and quick service, we tried biryani and the taste was relly good and portion was enough for 1 person.floor is super slippery so be careful.

27/12/2021, I went there with my wife, food we order was arrive in 45 min, after calling manager she was pretty rude, doesn't know anything about management,

I been there many times since they open here, but I feel embarrassed today, pls change your manager

I ordered my food over the phone and went after 45 minutes to pick up as that was my dinner i take for my job. Upon arrival they told me i am 5 minutes early so i said i need to reach my job on time what if i pay now and get my food after 5 minutes so that i can leave quickly. They agreed and i was waiting and waiting and upon asking they were constantly saying in 5 minutes. After 15 minutes i told them i am happy to cancel the order and please return my payment then they apologised saying they are short staffed, They promised me that my food Is preparing and will take only another 5 minutes i patiently wait and nothing happpened when i approached them they said ur side food is ready we will return your main meal money back. I just couldn’t take it so i left the food and took my main meal money back left building with hunger and disappointment. I know this is tough time for everyone and whole Australia is struggling with work force. If you don’t have resource why you take orders and make your customers suffer. Such a bad experience. No professionalism at all.

Picked up chicken fried rice family pack yesterday and found it tooo salty.and could also taste MSG. If it was dine in. I would have requested the cook to try it.
