I m slightly disappointed with your restaurant if I about eat a very plain taste briyani I would ask my mrs to cook for me I won't have to spend on your restaurant.i have questions in which Briyani has half egg Man its was devastating to see half egg in my briyani and you price and you quality of your food is not matching maybe its abit overpriced.
Used to be a best briyani in dosa hut but now no longer sad to see the more famous you getting the worst quality food you providing.sorry nothing personal its just I love briyani and I don't any one to ruin my best like food.
FIY: I had goat and chicken 65 briyani

Although very yummy I wouldn't say the best around — considering the price. The atmosphere caters more to dine ins rather than takeaway I reckon.

Friendly and amazing staff. The food was tasty too. The ambience is unbelievable. Ideal to have dinner at dosa hut and then enjoy an evening walk along the lake.

No doubt the closest thing to authentic you’re gonna get. They take a while for delivery but once the food gets to you it’s mega delicious. The butter chicken is ️‍

Very disappointed. Couldn't even eat properly due to the poor customer service. We ordered Apollo fish and crisp lamb for starters they were too oily and over cooked. Naan and paneer tikka were mediocre. Chicken Schezwan fried rice was plain. Amateur staff. I have been to other branches and the service was commendable. I would not like to recommend this restaurant to any of my friends or family because it will spoil their day. Terrible experience.

Order both Entree and Mains and ask for to take them separately, they take it almost together which makes our dosa's cold and uneatable when told them to not to bring mains together they said that we are busy and we won't do it again. My son tripped over from the pavement which they built in between and nobody from the management come forward to give the lending and let alone offering for some first aid. Even after passing of 10 minutes manager even didn't know about the incident as he was busy in the kitchen chatting in there.

Very very bad experience, food not fresh, ordered food chicken Biryani was not available then ordered goat biryani. Goat biryani taste so bad. Jaljeera was worst of the worst. Worst experience and wastage of time and money. Staff on the front was very very rude.

Totally not satisfied with the food and service by them! Ordered kadai paneer and butter naan and panipuri all are worst we tried calling them three times, boys on the floor are just looking to others, we thought not to call them again and we ended our dinner. Informed to the boy who is in the counter he apologised us.

One of the worst experience. Quantity is good enough but no taste. Also, customer service is rubbish. Our drinks came after we finish half of the dinner. Girls on front desk/bar was keep talking and took ages to make mocktails! Forgot our take away order to prepare too.

I have been to this restaurant oftenly, but experienced a very bad customer service! Two boys were chitchatting and having fun among them! I waited for 20mins for them to come to me but no.
Before I never experienced this type of service in this restaurant! However Masala Dosa was good.

Shitt biryani shitt service and complete chitchat, no decency and cutlery is not cleaned well, waste of money and not recommended this restuarant!

We ordered paneer dosa but they served us masala dosa, even they don’t no how to apologise, we come to the restaurant for what we want to have not for what you people give, management has to work on it, we totally unsatisfied with the food and bad service

This is totally an unhygienic service which the staff gave us today, the girl and two boys cleaning tables and serving without washing hands or sanitising! Very disgusting service.food is not that great as before!

Egg fried rice is not at all good seems chef is in hurry to prepare another dish! Curry is sweet! No consistency and quality in the fried rice as before! It’s completely changed in both food and service! Not at all satisfied and informed to the manager! He apologied for inconvenience and thnq for that! But not happy with food everything is getting change!

Unfortunately the taste and quality of food has gone down significantly. I'm a regular customer as it's my local but the past 6-7 times I've been here it just gets worse everytime. Even the dosas are no longer good. The food lacks flavour. We had papdi chaat, chilli gobi, noodles, masala dosa and paneer tikka. The papdi was very old, didn't have any crunch, it was submerged in yogurt, the flavour of chutneys was drowned and some old packet beetroot and carrots were used for garnishing. The chilli gobi was cooked well and had crunch but overall flavour was weak. Coming to the paneer tikka, 4 large squares were served on a sizzling platter which didn't have any charcoal marks nor was there any tandoori flavour. They need to cut it in smaller cubes and cook on skewer in tandoor so the charcoal effect can achieved. Masala dosa was ok but sambar and chutneys have become very bland. Customer service was great and there wasn't much of a wait for my food to arrive. The owners of restaurant need to work with the chef to improve food taste.
