Worst food ever. Worst attitude from the staff. We ordered idly and mysore masala dosas. Idly was like a stone. We had to put huge effort to just break it. Dosas were pathetic and smelly.not fit to eat. Save your money and go to some other restaurant please

Disaster. I have been to many dosa hut restaurants and this one in werribee is a disaster with worst experience ever. Delay in service, worst quality of food especially Benne Masala dosa is no where close to its name, chutney served right out of refrigerator ice cold and when complained no acknowledgement was made from Manager instead was defending their bad service waste of time waste of money.

Worst experience. Never had such a worst experience with dosa hut. Food was pathetic and in-charge manager was even worst. They served cold chutney for dosa and when we asked manager, he did mention that we only get cold chutney all over Australia. He comes with his own explanation and not ready to take any suggestions. Better avoid this branch.

Dosa in Werribee branch Dosa Hut is so bad, dosa and sambar were so sour. It's like an insult to dosa. We had ordered 3 dosas and it took more than 45 minutes and they served at different time.everyone couldn't eat and enjoy food together. The manager is so rude and not even ready to listen to our feedback.

Great ambiance and atmosphere especially sitting outside facility. Very nice customer service, parking facility inside the restaurant and on road parking. Usually I have Hyderabad chicken dum biryani which this place didn't have on the menu so this time I tried their chicken mandi which was fine and should be enough for 2 people.

Had this amazing sankranthi buffet special at dosa hut and it was splendid. The atmosphere and the environment was absolutely peaceful with new ambience around having those dhabha style charpai beds just right outisde.

The staff are friendly and have a humble character, and so does the onwrr. Very nice team and nic people to speak around. Overall I am very happy to have this nice lunch at Werribee dosa hut and I wish them all the best for their future endeavours.

Food is awesome, Nalli-Gosht biryani is yummy. Spacoius party Hall for Birthday's and Gettogether's with good atmosphere.

Very authentic Indian food with excellent taste, loved every bit and nice atmosphere too. Thank you, will definitely visit again.

Went here on a public holiday dinner time around 6pm and it was rather quiet. It’s my first time in this franchise, not knowing this branch was opened only 9 days prior. Staff are very friendly, gave us some recommendations upon our request. We decided to try their cheese corn dosa, their schezwan gobi, and goat curry biryani. All came with amazing appearance, big portions unlike many Indian restaurants I had been to. It was my first dosa ever and I probably would rather try a plain dosa next time, I find the cheese was overpowering. I love the three different sauces that came with the dosa, especially the red/gingery one. The schezwan gobi was beautiful. It was my favourite dish that night. The goat curry biryani was amazing, not too spicy or strong, just enough spices for me. It was very enjoyable meal and I was pleasantly surprised even though everything was new for me. When the staff found out it was my birthday, they gave me free mango lassi and free gulab jamun. What generous people and business. I wish this place is closer to where we live

Even temples with volunteers working for free are much better organized. Ended up cancelling the take away order after waiting for over an hour.

Worst place from great franchise, 2 hours wait after phone order, no apology, no food still taking orders and keeping people waiting in queue in hot temperature.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is delicious, and the ambiance is fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the chicken starters - they are a must-try!

Overall an enjoyable experience. The food came out om time and to standards. The staff were all lovely. We went in for a birthday lunch and they were able to hold our cake and provide cutlery and bowls for the celebration. I was intrigued by the concept of having biodegradable plates and cutlery for the share food.

Outside was a cute set up, for outdoor entertaining, with plenty of seating and parking available onsite.

The curries here had the most flavour ever! I absolutely loved the quality of the chicken and the juiciness of everything!

My new favorite dish has to be there mutton chaap it was so tender and with that sauce on the side it tasted incredible!

I loved how affordable all the dishes were and I definitely recommend trying out this Werribee branch

The food is great. Must go if you want to experience good Andhra and Telangana style dishes.
Must put more effort into cleaning.

We been there first time it was awful experiance with everything service and Food. Staff was not aware what they doing.we feel just we waste our time and money as well.

Worse customer service ever, they running special today $10 biryani which I didn’t get it after half a drive because they didn’t pickup my calls. I was travelling with my two kids who were hungry for briyani. Saw them doing 6-7 takeaway biryanis for each orders. They should be clear when they advertise something. Fooling people to go and buy their food when they don’t even run their offer Farley. Stop fooling people, end up with my kids disappointed and they slept hungry.

I have recently visited DosaHut, werribee. Great place for a quality South Indian food. Loved the perfectly cooked Telangana special Bagara rice with velli ulli kodi vepudu, chicken lollipops, also ambiance is really good. I have also surprised to know that it got a party hall along with a restaurant. #perfectplace for family #tastyfood.

Staff and atmosphere very clean and good.
