Wonderful experience, the team went above and beyond to make an anniversary dinner special, and service is top-notch. Fantastic atmosphere, food, drinks and staff. A lovely local gem.

Extremely poor service. Went here with friend’s, one friend is anaphylactic to nuts. We ordered bruschetta (mind you pesto was not under food item description) and received bruschetta with pesto. My friend took a bite of the bruschetta, and instantly spat it out due to realising pesto was on the bruschetta. We asked the waitress if there is pesto on the food as our friend is anaphylactic / allergic to nuts. Waitress said that pesto is one of the main ingredients and not everything is on the menu. The waitress was extremely rude and not considerate at all. No apology was received. The waitress got very defensive and refused to take any liability. Have never been to a restaurant with such poor service overall.

I have been here on multiple occasions fairly priced and considering the age of the place they trend it up quite well you would hardly know you’re sitting inside a 30 - 40 year old building.

Staff were nice.but we waited an hour and a half for it for average food. No flavour on the garlic pizza. $16 for sautéed greens, was expecting more than just 3 bits of broccoli and beans

In my view, the cost is a bit high for what you get, which is why I rate it three stars. The food is pretty good, not amazing, but better than most. The place has a nice vibe, but the young staff are not really focused. I guess it's because the place is in the suburbs and it's hard to find committed employees there. But, this impacts my opinion about the pricing. I feel it's too expensive for what's offered. I can think of other places where I get fantastic food and service for the same money. However, I do admit that it's hard to find a decent Italian restaurant in that area.

Had a lovely meal with family here on a Sunday night. Atmosphere was beautiful, really enjoyed the ambience which is part of the experience. Service was good, our waitress was very attentive. Meals were delicious, had a versatile menu including vegetarian and vegan meals, really want to try their other meals and will be going back. A little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. If you want a bit of class, try this place!

Fantastic food and service! My fiance and I went there tonight and ordered the ragù gnocci, cannaloni and a few other dishes. We were looked after amazingly by Ranni who went above and beyond to make our dining experience 100%. We have also ordered wood fire pizzas for our wedding and they also went above and beyond to accomodate us. Ranni sat us down and talked us through her recommendations and even said they could deliver it to our wedding. Such lovely service. Definitely recommend to all family and friends. Thank you!

Have dined here a few times, food has always been amazing. We celebrated a friends birthday this week and the lovely Rani looked after us. She was absolutely amazing, seriously the best hospo service I’ve ever experienced, nothing was too much trouble. Rani was so knowledgeable about wine pairing and her food recommendations were spot on. We wanted to adopt her by the end of the night. If I owned a restaurant, or any business for that matter, I would head hunt her and hire her without delay.

What a great restaurant! Officer and Beaconsfield lack variety so it’s awesome that we now have this as a local restaurant. Great food and cocktails, and exceptional service. Special mention to Rahnee for being so awesome!

Food was absolutely delicious. Ranee was our waitress and went above & beyond with her service.
