Was looking to install a new door, which could cost us well over $2,500. Contacted Roger who was onsite the next day to inspect the issue with no charge. Serviced the door and fitted a new Merlin opener within a week.

Roger is a down-to-earth and professional technician. He came to fix my garage door opener yesterday, took time to explain to me the possible causes and available solutions. Roger offered a solution that best suit my needs. Fantastic and prompt service.
I contacted Roger on Sunday afternoon after the spring broke on our very large 6.5m wide garage door and left us unable to open it.
Roger got back to me straight away and arranged an inspection and quote for Monday morning and had the door fixed on Monday afternoon.
Roger replaced both springs, fixed a broken sprocket on the motor, repaired and strengthened the connector arm and gave an overall service.
Communication was excellent and the door is working better than it has in a long time.

Called Roger today to look at my imbalanced door in the morning, due to possible safety issue he came at lunch time and found that the cable holding is no longer suitable and the garage door unsafe.

He quoted a reasonable price to replace cable and do a regular service to the unit on the spot. The job was done within the hour.

Overall very happy with the response time, value for money and professionalism Roger have shown on his work.

I had a wonderful experience working with Roger & Door Power.

I had an issue with the remotes of my Garage not working and I reached multiple vendors where all was very quick to tell me I need to replace the motor which is an expense coming close to 800 AUD.
Luckily I landed on Roger based on a recommendation from my friend. The minute he came in, he indicated that my motor is al right and all it needs is a bit soldering and some service on the door (he revised his qoute to $130) instead of a motor replacement. Which was a huge relief for me. He ended up landing back and replaced a board on my motor and did some good service and he still sticked to the qoute he revised (130 AUD)

These days you find so called experts, if clled will immediately tell you to replace systems without even taking a look at it, because, its faster for them and may be monetarily more beneficial.

Roger is different. He has the real expertise in his trade and recommends options for solution and works with you for the most viable soln. I felt I met an expert in its true sense after very long time.
