I would very highly recommend Ms Kate Da Costa from Doogue & George Criminal Lawyers to anyone who has legal proceedings being brought against them. She is brilliant at what she does and is very professional and understanding, and doesn’t give up on you when all else has failed. Kate made me feel very comfortable and gave me reassurance that there was hope for a good outcome. My day in court was overwhelming for me but having Kate Da Costa by my side and acting on my behalf made the day a lot easier.

The magistrate rejected the police request for a diversion. He had made up his mind already that he was going to come down hard on me, and he wasn’t going to let any legal argument sway him from his decision. He was going to make an example of me for others to see. It all seemed so hopeless but Kate wasn’t going to give up! She was very polite but very persistent and just when it looked like he wasn’t going to change his mind, he finally conceded to her and he gave me the best possible outcome I could have hoped for.
