Tyson has done a amazing job. I was not expecting the outcome that I got,
which was great news for me. I was always updated and guided through. Expectations were down to earth, and it showed in the end. Can not thank him enough.
Great job.
Sadik.

Tyson Manicolo conducted himself as a consummate professional
throughout my entire case. It was an extremely difficult matter due to an extensive history, however, Tyson not only considered the facts of my case but took the time to listen to my entire story and made certain this was conveyed to the court.

Tyson’s knowledge and experience were exceptional – no question was too hard for him. His advice and guidance were second to none. He provided a safe and welcoming environment, allaying the many fears that come with facing court by being honest and upfront and making sure that I completely understood the process ahead of me.

Tyson had an honest investment in my case and not only cared about me as a client but also about the effect it was having on my family. His passion was evident throughout as he went well above all expectation achieving an outcome that was not thought possible.

Tyson, thank you. You have had an impact on my life that goes beyond the court room. You truly are a lawyer with a heart.

Brent Casey was a Godsend for me at a most difficult time in my life. He is dedicated to achieving successful outcomes and is also a good listener and a hard-working/smart-working professional, while being most conscientious and ultra-prepared. Thorough preparation left no unanswered questions and provided great results at the court. It feels like this was the first time in Australia I met a lawyer who was not greedy and just after your money, he refused to take any payment in my first two meetings with him. I am impressed. Thanks Brent for what you have done for me and my friend.

Commitment delivered in full.

Although my assessment includes all staff at Broadmeadows, it has to be said it is predominantly my dealing with Brent Casey. After the closing hearing I expressed to Brent how fortunate and pleased I was for having chosen him for his advice and guidance throughout this saga. In my second meeting, in what was an open and honest discussion where I aired some reservations, Brent told me having considered my position he only wanted for the best outcome possible and maybe I should consider a second opinion as he would not like me to have any regrets at final outcome. By the end of that meeting I could not find a good reason to seek a second opinion, and as I had made it clear to Brent on our initial meeting I believed in honesty, feel that we established mutual respect and trust with each other that only grew stronger as time went on. Naturally we disagreed at times but at the end I would go away and rethink and invariably find Brent was right as he was advising from his experience on how magistrates would more likely make judgement. The discussion between magistrate and prosecutor regarding mandatory legislation to the offence, which they felt was not meant to apply to my circumstances, the reason we did not gain the perfect outcome, however there can be no doubt as to the influence Brent had on the outcome through his discussions and mutual respect with prosecutor and my observation that he holds respect from those within the court of Broadmeadows. Thank you Brent for all you have done for me it has been my pleasure to have met you.
