Amazing flowers every time I use them they always make a stunning arrangement and deliver on time as promised.

Beautiful florist with the best quality blooms. Justifiably costed. May be a bit expensive in some opinions. Staff were very helpful and talented!

Flower Gallery always do beautiful arrangements with quality flowers. They didn’t fail us today with a stunning arrangement for friends who lost their husband and father today after a long cancer experience.

I don’t call twice.
Bought roses ($40+) for my wife’s birthday on Wednesday evening, flowers were wilted Friday night and thrown out Saturday morning. This happened to me a couple of years back and was dealt with by the business because I complained however you must be at a stage where you know your stock well enough that you don’t sell sub-standard product. Sorry but I won’t be back.

1 week on: Obviously the lack of a reply or offer of replacement would suggest they don’t give a rats either!

Rebecca put together some absolutely stunning flower arrangements, including casket flowers, for my father’s funeral. I ordered for my mums birthday today last night the country charm floral arrangement with a bottle of Procetto and also a happy birthday balloon. Did this all on line which was easy last night and was delivered today to her. My mum had a tear in her eyes to how beautiful it was. Thank you to all that made this gift special 5/5 will use again. I bought a flower arrangement for my sister in 60’s birthday, it was very poorly quality and it only lasted two days (my sister had thrown away many flowers). Because I was very busy during the big renovation and I reported it few days late. I not even received the apology and a manager kept arguing with me after I told her the story. It was very very bad experience. We spent $130 on this flower arrangement, but I only received poorly quality flower and rude service.
Hope other people think twice before you purchase their products.

Would not go anywhere else in these times as in metro Melbourne retail shops are closed and yet the Donvale Flower Gallery has gone above and Beyond to provide the best flowers and customer service whilst still obeying Dan Andrews COVID Stage4 rules!

They were very pilot & helpful over the phone and didn't rush us while we were deciding on what flowers to choose for our Bouquet. Very detailed as to how many flowers would be in each bunch. Fast on delivery and flowers are very fresh and beautiful.

I ordered a pot plant for my parents after they had their cat put down. I ordered it late Friday afternoon and I was told they could deliver It Saturday. I received a call from my mother thanking me THAT DAY for the plant. Beautiful quality and excellent customer service.

My go to place for flowers & gifts. I have found some of the flowers I have bought for home have lasted up to a month with a little care and they are always wrapped beautifully for gift giving. Wonderful selection of gifts and staff are amazing. Thanks for great service over many years

When you are paying top dollar you expect exceptional service. This is not the case at the Donvale Flower Gallery. One thing the staff need to realise is that by simply acting perky and having a smile on your face this doesn't mean your customer service is exceptional. Especially when I have witnessed not once, but twice staff rolling their eyes at customers who either ask a lot of questions or are simply not sure of something.

A course relating to body language will work wonders here. I will never visit again and furthermore I have now ceased sending my receptionist to purchase flowers on a weekly basis.
