Donut King Cranbourne Park

Ordered through uber eats and they sent me half my order can't contact them as there phone is constantly engaged how hard is it really to read a simple order just plain careless on there behalf not happy at all

Rudest staff, can’t even crack a smile or ask, ‘how are you? ’ Wait times always huge. Hire friendly staff.

Got 2 small iced donuts both were bright yellow and full of oil. They were also raw and inedible. Really disappointed as they’re normally good.

Worst donut king around. Customer service is horrible. You wait around for the workers to stop talking before being served. They always close the store 10-20 minutes before the actual closing time. If i could give -1 star or even 0 stars, I would. Literally horrible. New management is needed asap and the workers replaced.

Grumpy rude staff that look like we are an inconvenience to be ordering from them!

Waited in a que for 10 minutes and when finally being served was told eftpos wasn't working and cash only! No signs to advise us of this so I had to go and get cash out and que up AGAIN! Finally got served again 5 minutes later and ordered a latte and 2 cinnamon Donuts. I waited to the side and watched 2 other people get served and given their orders all the while I was still waiting. Only when I was able to get the attention of the staff member was my order finally made. As I left, 20 minutes after first arriving to order, with my medium latte it felt extremely light for a medium. I opened the lid and 3/4 was frothy milk and 1/4 coffee, seriously 20 minutes I waited and I couldn't even get a decent latte. Staff need to be trained in the difference between coffee types.
If your eftpos isnt working then a sign needs to go up letting customers know.

The manager today was exceptionally rude and arrogant. The young girls working there were lovely and hard working.
Definitely need new management with customer service skills.

Friendly staff had to wait for my order as the previous customer had a big order. Staff were very friendly and apologised for my wait

For a quick bite and if your not real fussy this is the spot for you. If you like freash maybe head for Wendy's just a short walk away.
Even the sign has lost it.

Disappointed ordered hot donuts and they try sneak cold ones in there as well.
Understand dough runs out but they should of told me this when I ordered

The girl who served me was super rude! Donuts were delicious but customer service was horrible!
