Donut King

Went at 7: 30am for a fresh eclair and was given a stale one (obviously yesterdays) and my hot chocolate was barely warm milk mixed with nesquick. Never again

The cream has given me a stomachache. I’m going to report these guys to the health department. Something isn’t right here

Service is poor. Staff are rude.
When I asked for lactose free the man was not sure, went and checked, I confirmed and clarified it will make me sick, told me to hurry up with my order. I used my feet and walked away. Plenty of coffee places at Northland and this is not the first time I have received rude service here but will be the last…I won’t be back

Won’t be back. I would expect donut king to have fresh donuts every day.the ones I got were very stale.and this store is also more expensive than others.

I bought a single doughnut priced 4.8 but they put in the Eftpot $7. Should avoid this business from now on.

Do not visit on public holidays! Went here on Easter Monday and they charged 20% surcharge! To make it worse, the cinnamon donuts were bland and undercooked, we paid $6.60 for small coffees which were disgusting- cold and all milk! Don’t waste your time!

This review is solely based on their milkshakes. I got a mint like shake and paid $11 for a vanilla soft serve blended with some lime syrup and some crunched mint choc on the top. Literally had 2 sips and through it out. What ever happened to real ice cream in a milkshake? Blended soft serve is NOT a shake. Disgusting.

Have visited here many times in the past and has been OK. If the owner is there dont bother as he makes you wait and does not want to serve anyone, after asking to be served (nicely) a third time still unresponse so went elsewhere.

Pretty crummy service. Stale donuts only for aesthetics and the hot dogs were gross and soggy. The people that work there can’t speak proper English and they got our order wrong multiple times. Also the code on the box didn’t work so had to get customer service to send me a new code.

Twice l bought a hotdog for my daughter and both times the roll was put in a microwave and was stale bread… Disgusting as they are NOT cheap…
How these twits stay in business is beyond me!
I will be reporting them to the Darebin health inspector on Tuesday morning!

I ordered a latta, cappuccino and 4 donuts. The coffee was so bad that we had to throw it in the bin and the donuts were okey. I loved donut king for Northcote but Northland donut king was the worst coffee I ever had in my life.

Bread with icing would have been nicer. The doughnuts I wanted were $4 I asked if there were any specials I was told “Yes, 4 for $16” lol. Bought 2 threw the second one out. They used to be much better

If I could give this place zero I would, paid $4.50 for what I’m 100% sure was yesterday’s donut. Yuck

Twice my child has thrown up after eating from this unhygienic place.
First time my child had a hot dog and strawberry milk shake my child always finishes her food, but this time after 2 bites they didn't want it, 3 hours later my kid threw up what of the hot dog and shake she ate.
Today we went back there for a strawberry milk shake only and once again 3-4 hours later my little girl is throwing up, do not eat here, not fresh at all.

Just ordered a strawberry jam and a choc jam. The choc jam was hard and I couldn't finish it. Strawberry was fine. You shouldn't put old donuts out. Really disappointed.

The worst donuts I've ever had. The donuts taste powdery but it's not like you can tell when all you can taste is icing sugar from the toppings. Can get a pack of 4 from Woolworth for the same price and they still taste better.

Perhaps the most expensive and worst made milkshake I’ve ever had. Not to mention the use of plastic straws and non biodegradable cups. Poor work.

Amazing donuts and brilliant churros, i also love the hotdogs, its the only place i like to eat them.

I bought cinnamon donuts from here, donuts were great but I got disappointed with plastic packaging. They should make it biodegradable. Plastic packaging makes it disappointing!

Was sold a stale choc donut that must have been days old. I returned it after one bite and when asked if I would like to exchange for something else I opted for "fresh" cinnamon donuts.they were undercooked and had hardly any sugar. I give up.

Good honest donuts and the coffee is ok.great conbination.
Always need my energy boost when shopping at Northland. Service is efficient and plenty of seating in the food court area. I like the coffee and donut deal.a winner every time
