It was the end of the day and the donut machine had just been cleaned but theyvwere still nice and the coffee was exactly how i like it

Their cinnamon rolls tasted delightful! They had the perfect levels of sweetness and cinnamon-ness. Plus, my best friend Alison bought them for me, so I could taste the love in them)

For years I have been going around 3pm to get donuts once a week to take home, now they kill the machine early to get home early, can not remember the last time they had donuts available after 3pm.

I agree with other reviewers, better than daniels donuts way better. Just a suggestion, do different flavours of the cake donuts.not only icing. Will sell more. Thanks

Still better than Daniel’s donuts. I don’t find these containing dough conditioner like others unnaturally soft donuts do. Yes still deep fried but at least not with too many artificial stuff in the dough.

Bought a 4 pack of Donuts. The chocolate coated jam donut was stale. Clearly your staff have not been told to rotate the stock. This donut was clearly more than a day old.

Lovely crispy donuts, hot & yummy.
(& I don't normally eat donuts!)
I tried them twice at Southland, not nice, very dry doughy

I went on Saturday 3: 20 pm and the hot donuts were turned off. Just been again Sunday 2: 30 pm and no hot donuts.
Closing time 4: 00pm.

First time at donut king was the best donuts and coffee ever customer service was amazing would definitely recommend to everyone.

Worst donuts ever! Took one bite and couldn't eat any more. Threw it in the bin. Tasted synthetic and quite
expensive. Wouldn't bother again.

Shocking customer service and RUDE staff. I used to come here all the time when Maddi made the donuts, she would serve me every morning with my hot cap and 2 donuts, she would always bring a smile. Went here today to be spoken to rude, no smile and no manners. Will not return again ashame the old staff aren't here miss there smiles and coffee.poor service 1 star and would not recommend.

Rude staff! I haven't been here since it changed owners and i will never be coming back.i used to come here all the time a few year ago and i would get served with wonderful manners and a big smile. I remember Maddi making my coffee, shakes and donuts and she would always ask how my day was. That is customer service. 1 star, rude staff not even a smile.no big loss here.

Why not try a malted milk shake or an iced coffee with your scrummy donuts don't have to stick to hot coffee just because it's cold outside

I come here daily and it's always a pleasure and the staff are always obliging and courteous to the public nothing is too much asked for and always doing there best to serve the customer. To this person Arm M I was here on that day you were SO RUDE to the girls.

Great staff always helpful and never make mistakes at all.

Absolutely disgusting rude personnel. Had the worst experience. Bread was stale, order come wrong, charged me extra for a paper cup (never seen that one before). An interesting way to run a business. Will never go back there neither me nor my family.
To kevin and jamie- nice try girls. I was never rude, merely surprised. Instead of dishonestly attacking and trying to increase your ratings and stars rather concentrate on correcting your mistakes and providing better customer service. After all I am not the only one who is complaining from your rudeness. The complaints were there long before last Saturday and all over the web on different sites.

It really doesn't hurt to smile when serving customers! Customers shouldn't be made to feel like a burden when they are being served.

There’s a new owner here whose been nothing but sweet to me and very helpful, always a good variety of flavours available and I never eat any hesitation when asking for fresh cinnamon donuts

Came in today after not being here for years. New ownerd (of about 10 months) was amazing and lovely. Couldn't thank them enough for their service

The staff were very rude, slow and couldnt make a thickshake to save themselves. The staff barely spoke to me (surprisingly you need to talk to people when you work in customer service!) The staff didn't even let my thickshake mix for 20secs so it just tasted like milk. I used to visit all the time when the staff we're amazing.it's changed hands obviously. Won't ever waste my money there again.
