I've been a loyal patient at Dong Yi for years. Dr. Tony has successfully treated my broken ankle, stomach hernia, and various pains and aches when other GPs recommended steroids, painkillers, or surgery.

I've also referred family and friends to him, and they've consistently experienced the same positive results.

Don’t buy anything from this store, if you have any issues with the product they won’t return or exchange for you, even if you have a receipt. Spent over $600 at this store. They sold black dates that tasted burnt. Obviously an issue with the product, as I’ve had the black dates in a different brand before and it didn’t taste like that. Explained to them about the issue and they smelt the dates too, but refused to exchange the product. Never purchasing here again. Also had another packet of red dates from them that had bugs in it. Lady told us to take it up with the company directly. No accountability. Poor quality product and bad customer service. Very disappointed

Response to reply:

Hi I purchased the same brand from you in 400g and it tasted fine, the bigger packet had an issue that’s why we brought it back as it tasted burnt. Yes we used a large handful as we were making a pot of herbal soup. It wasn’t 300gm as you exaggerated. When you’re making soup you wouldn’t use 1 or 2 dates at a time. The burnt dates resulted in me throwing away a large pot of soup as it ruined the whole thing that took a few hours to make and prepare. As usual you’re not taking accountability for your product. The dates didn’t cost much and it wasn’t about the money, but instead the principle of it. You sold a product that was off or had quality issues. People consume this, especially people with health issues. You should have more quality control with products that you stock

Dong was very thorough in his consultation and deeply analysed my situation to understand the root cause. It was my first time doing acupuncture and I was a little nervous but he was very friendly and personable and made it a breeze. I walked out feeling very energised and much better!
