Service department is a let down. Just found out that after my replacement engine was installed under goodwill warranty offered by Jaguar Head Office, the new engine number had not been updated on the Jaguar Computer, got another dealer to do this, especially when this happened 6 months ago.
The goodwill warranty installation offered was misleading. In hindsight, should have got everything put on paper. Lots of denials from the service advisor, in the end it cost me alot of money.
I have sent email to you, waiting response.
Jaguar Doncaster has responded to my email, and i am very happy with the outcome.

The 1 star is for the service department. We've had several issues with my F-Pace since we bought it from this dealership, some of which were due to incorrect diagnosis. Spent over $1000 for a new battery which didn't fix a problem with the screen like it was meant to, they tried to charge us for multiple software updates for the same issue. Turned out the screen wasn't installed properly.
Driver's window was rubbing. They made a small adjustment and said that if it continued to do so they'd removed the panel and fix it properly. Now that the cars out of warranty, they want to charge over $2000!
There was a rattle under the car. Supposedly tightened the heat shield while it was under warranty. Kept rattling and took it back again. Now that the cars out of warranty, they want to charge over $7000 to replace the DPF! This was a known problem with the car but they fobbed it off as a heat shield issue.
Told the service manager would call several days ago and still waiting for a call back.
By all means, buy a car through Doncaster Jaguar, but don't get your car serviced there or take it back for any issues.
Martin was very nice and easy to deal with. I highly recommend seeing Martin when buying your new car.

I'm not the one to usually do write up reviews but my experience with Doncaster Jaguar Service Department was deserving of one! The customer service and hospitality received from staff (in particularly Mathew Burcher) was excellent and if I could give more stars I would!
I randomly popped in with a query regarding a chipped windscreen and any options available to me to get it fixed. Mathew took the time to look at the damage, made a call on the spot and had someone arrive to repair the damage without replacing the screen, within an hr or so. Amazing service and outcome considering I arrived un-announced! His time, customer service and feedback was much appreciated. I was made to feel very welcome.
I highly recommend Doncaster Jaguar and will be coming here on my next scheduled service for them to look after my pride and joy! Look forward to seeing the staff on my next visit.

Got my car serviced and on my way back after picking up the car I noticed an unusual vibration sound. Called the centre and was told that they didn’t have any slots available for the day and that to drive for a couple of days and the sound will go away. After a few days when the issue didn’t go away, I called them back and was told that someone from the servicing team will make contact. It took them few weeks to finally organise someone to call me to be told that there will be a diagnostic fee that I will have to pay. Spoke to the manager to request it to be waived as the issue was not caused by me and that I reported it straight away but was told no. Really unprofessional and unhelpful service. Will not recommend getting their car serviced here at all.
Awesome experience! Nathan Saliba was my salesperson and was fantastic from initial test drive through to picking up my Range Rover Evoque today. Extremely professional and thorough, even makes a good coffee! Thank you so much, very happy

Service took a while to book, the reception kept transferring me to the service department which did not answer and I left a number of messages. After several weeks, finally got through to them.
Once the service was done, car had a separate issue which it did not previously have, when I brought it up with the service person, they said that they did not identify this issue when they scanned the car originally and they will definitely fix the problem as it occurred whilst the car was being serviced. However, the next service person I dealt with essentially said that they had nothing to do with it however they are happy to fix it for a $100 discount (still coming out to $800). I brought it up with them, however they said nothing can be done about it and I would loose my discount if I don't proceed with rectifying the issue for $800 this time. I am not sure why I am suppose to pay for something which I believe they caused as they were working on related parts of the car.
Also minor scratches were left on the car which they fixed free of charge.
Disappointed with the service overall, however they were nice people.
Shannon was great, good friendly service with my warranty work. Reasonable pricing and hire car!
