It’s always great when you walk into a place and you see friendly, welcoming faces like Jenna, Sandra, John and the other staff. We are always made to feel welcome; the service is great in the bistro, Bobs and the gaming room. The food is awesome. Jenna has been fantastic to us, reserving tables and looking after us. We always look forward to visiting being the regulars that we are. Highly recommended the Donny Inn any day of the week!

A great and beautiful place with a beautiful view of the city to have a great time with the family, calm and pleasant music, and quality and fresh ingredients and a playground for children with good customer service and a variety of drinks and food at affordable prices. ‌ I highly recommend to everyone.

Most staff are helpful, except for the younger members who are at best, clueless in customer service. Also if you work in hospitality which is all about customer experience, a particular older staff member might want to put on less of an "disgruntled" look on their face while they are at work. Food isn't too bad for the price, but with other surrounding pubs being average or below average, you'll drop your expectations for anything average or above. Atmosphere is good, views from the motel at night looking towards the city are great.

The beef pie (seniors) was fantastic. Served with creamy mash potato. The garlic prawns were ok. The fish and chip portions were large.

Great place to have family or friends gathering. Food was served quite promptly and good service.

Meals were nice and a good size. However the venue needs a good revamp, feeling very old and outdated. Kids playground also needs to be upgraded.

Just enjoyed Christmas buffet lunch with the entire family & kids. Absolutely amazing & beautiful hot food, also the desserts - Yum! Well done to the kitchen crew, floor staff & managing team. Thankyou for our Christmas lunch 2022:)

Roast was like shoe leather couldn't eat it so they made me a bobs hamburger this was nearly 30 minutes in the making it was drenching in sauce and tasted horrible its a real shame this lunch was the worst I have had

Staff at eating place here are abrubt and rude.arguing with me that you only need to wait 45 mins for food and avoided giving me a reason for being late and the food portions was a rip off.lost me for good.

Have been to the bistro 3 to 4 times last month and found food, service and value all consistantly good

We loved the foods and atmosphere of this restaurant. We had a good time here. Definitely come back.

Came with family for Christmas lunch, floor staff were excellent, food was excellent, overall great experience, will be returning and do recommend to all.

Food was great. We had 4 meals and everyone complimented the food. I had pasta linguine. It was delicious. Plenty of bacon pieces through out. Terrific taste and plenty of it.

We just decided to not go there anymore, as the treatment wasn’t the best and also 3 families from 7 needed halal food, but they don’t serve it. I don’t understand, what are they are going to lose if serve halal chicken and beef? Extra people would be able to eat, they will have more customers, consequently they will exceed their profit ‍️. I just don’t get it

Great hotel, fantastic ambience! The food was great, presentation excellent and good portions! The service was great fast and efficient.

Came here for the Christmas buffet with the family and couldn’t have been happier, the food was really nice as was the atmosphere and staff. Would definitely recommend for any occasion and will be coming back for sure!

Lovely staff good service and lovely meals. I've been a few times lately with friends and will continue to.

Only nice spot for cup pf coffee with friends, after 10pm.
As for Dinner, enjoyed the parmigiana. It's well priced and the staff are nice well trained
