First time dealing with Doncaster Furnishers, John was great to deal with provided top quality proffesional service, extremely happy with the carpet will definitley use them again.

Exceptional customer service and generous with their time. John came by after hours to do a quote for our curtains and stayed to patiently answer our many questions, giving knowledgeable and thoughtful answers. Never gave a sense of rushing or product pushing (compared to franchises). If anything, John wanted to make sure we understood what materials/products were more expensive and if/why they may/may not work for our house. It was a pleasure to deal with John, a true gentleman, and later Damien his son with the ordering. Installation was professional and we were promptly kept in the loop as it had to be rescheduled around lockdowns. This is a generational family business who takes care of its customers. We are very lucky to have found Doncaster Furnishings and have recommended it to our friends. We had previous experience dealing with a franchise and there is no comparison - little expertise present to guide us, rushed measurements, more restrictions on product colours due to use of a yellowing glue. The final products delivered had beautiful seams and finishes, generous folds in their S wave curtains, and for a price that was less than we were quoted by a large franchise.
