Don Luigi Pizza Cafe

Got here at 5pm ordered a family size pizza & large pasta to take away.went back up to order hot chips to be told they weren’t cooking any chips just what was left in the window they looked like they’d been there since the day before I tried one cold & chewy so didn’t get any… after waiting a good 25 mins for food I went to the counter asked how much longer for my order was told the pizza was ready ages ago.umm I’m sitting here waiting.she tried to blame the other girl “why didn’t you say it was ready” I heard her say but they’d both been standing there.then she went to get my pasta I get home pasta is stone cold just been taken out of the fridge had to heat it up in the microwave pizza also cold.won’t be back here! Very disappointed

I had the pizzas and it was so very delicious and the staff were so very nice and friendly

I had a couple of pizza slices and an ice coffee here. Both were decent and at a reasonable price. Nothing too fancy. But real home made feel to the food. I enjoyed it, 4 stars.

I bought a large pizza and was disappointed. The pizza was burnt and when I got home I saw it. The pizza was dry and bad. And the gentleman who served me was rude and lied to me. He gave me a burnt pizza. I came back the second day and told him that the pizza was not good and I threw it in the rubbish. He did not care about my words. I will never return to this place.

Ben is the most beautiful person and has the best customer service skills. Also the pizza was beautiful and really crispy.

Nice Italian food. Great service and so friendly. My kids love eating here every time we come to the shopping centre.

Great Italian food
This Café is a great find. Lovely Italian food. From the lasagna to the pizza, everything is delicious. Besides the advantage of charging your EV car while shopping and having a meal, finding this place with such tasty food was an excellent surprise.

We bought a large pasta and a slice of cheese pizza. They were disappointed. The pasta was plain, no flavour in it. The pizza was dry and bad. Plus very terrible customer service. The lady who served me was unhappy and rude. I would never come back to this place.

Alas, the master of pizza has been discovered.

It is mystifying how one man can produce the perfect pizza time and time again, I have been a longstanding regular of such deliciousness and will continue to be for a long time.

Best pizza around made fresh.coffee.the little lady that's there makes the best coffee not bitter and really hot how I like it very pleasant staff.cannot fault them pleasant.great service great food and coffee and prices are reasonable to

The pizza was okay, the crust was a-bit hard, but toppings didn’t taste as fresh. I will not be coming back, due to the bald manager/owner, I think his name was Anthony - was harassing me for my number, after he made my pizza and offered me free pizza if I gave it. Has anyone experience this? Because this made me really uncomfortable. Anyways, this is a one star for me for experiencing a very uncomfortable encounter with this store.

Pizzas are very dry, asked for extra sauce.nothing extra put on.ingredients are frozen. NO flavour what's so ever!

Pizzas are dry and boring. The guy making the pizzas just fills them up with ham, its all you can taste.

There's hardly any cheese and there's no sauce, there's just no flavour.

Plus if you ask for extras they just don't listen, they make it the same way.

Fantastic food awesome people the pizzas are the best in the West and I live in mernda an hour away

Best pizza in the Western Suburbs! Been going here for 20+ years! The pizza chef (bald guy) has the best customer service. Thank you for your service all these years.

Pizza was great but the only problem I have is they don't wear gloves when making the pizza that's why they only get 4 stars from me.

I cannot find fault in this cafe. They serve a wide variety of delicious Italian foods. The pizzas are decent size, fresh and with amazing toppings. I'm in love with their mushroom tortellini too. Once you start eating here, you'll want to always return! There are never long queues or wait times. The staff are competent and speedy.

Not very clean, they don't wear gloves while handling the food and they are quite good but the food does taste good

Go to this place to have pizza when around this shopping centre. It's.not the best but it's the only thing to eat. The staff are great
