The front guy is so rude man! He was showing attitude like he just own the shop but he js the prime minister. I like your food guys the way the front guy behave today. I am surely not coming back.

Rude staff. I went to the restaurant around 12.10am and the guy said we are closed at 12 and he was like if you want to order just order now if I want I will make it. I just don't like the attitude. They have to respect the customers. I used to like their food before but I won't visit again because of guys rude behaviour.

One of the best Garlic pizzas I've had and their Hawaiian was super tasty. Efficient and friendly staff too

Don’t advertise that you’re open till 3am if you’re closed at 12: 25am. Update your hours and stop wasting everyone’s time. The other bad reviews say it all.

Staff is not good, they don’t know how to behave with customers, closing time is 2 AM but he was refusing me to give food at 12 am.

Very Rude staff at night there is no sense of talking with customer. Like I go for dine-in with friends and the closing time is 2am and around 12am the Guy refused to take order and talk in bad behaviour and spoiled our bday party. Very bad experience ever and not expected with you guys. Very disappointed and never visit again.

Always ordered the same thing which is family size seafood pizza and it’s always consistent and delicious. Ordered again this evening, it was ready right on time and delicious and consistent as usual. Compliments to the pizza chefs.

I love the food here but get very frustrated with orders being constantly cancelled after an hour of waiting. It has happened over 5 times now.

Ubereats takes payment and charges cancellation fees to customers for orders up to 2am, but the store stops filling orders way earlier. Just leaves customers waiting over an hour for their food, which eventually cancels.

Don assume your app order will be ready. They did not start my order until I arrivaled for pick up. I would advise calling beforehand to make sure because I had to wait 30 minutes for 5 pizzas and a pasta, outside.
Pizzas were super cheesy (not in a good way). Mushroom pizza was very basic, but the base was pretty good. Pasta was super creamy and oily.
Got 25% off through the app though.
It was cheap food for a large group of people in Preston. You get what you pay.

Pizza was not bad. Customer service not good! My pizza was $16.40 & l gave him $20 note, his response was sorry l don't have change! He gave me $4 change! Seriously mate this is your business, if you can't give $3.60 change then don't expect Customers just to say don't worry about it!

I ordered the pasta with chicken, sundried tomato and pine nuts…received a container of cream with none of these three ingredients included. It was inedible!

If I could leave no star review I would by worst restaurant I wanted over 1hr and a half for my order and when I arrived it was cold and incomplete I tried calling the restaurant there was no answer stay away

Have eaten here many times (usually when at Surly's bar next door). Pizza is consistently delicious and the staff friendly.

Don Antonio hang up on customers when they want to order their pizza in advance rather than collect in 15 minutes. I thought it had cut out but no, unfortunately someone very rude on the other end.

Ordered from here thinking it was a traditional Italian restaurant. It's more like a charcoal chicken place. Order due was ready for pickup 15-20 mins late. Got an acknowledgement of this and that's it. Won't be back again

The guy incharge tonight is a Arrogant rude dog i called ahead was told by this POS 20min I get there he smiles and say will be another 7min has a chat in curry to his mates looking at me while giggling like school girls then 7min later I see him start to make my pizza
I had my son with me so I just left but can't wait to see him again the lil rat

The best pizza I ever had and best customer service. Everyone was friendly. Every week all of my housmates craves pizza from this place.

Been ordering from Don Antonio's for a few years now without issue, but after my last few orders I don't think I will be returning. Lastest order, order during the day before opening time via Uber eats, order accepted for delivery at 5pm. Restaurant opens 4pm. I get notified at 4.25pm that "the restaurant are no longer accepting orders" and cancel on me. I was not charged.
Previous order completely wrong.
Order before had items missing.
Three strikes and your out for me.

VERY POOR customer service by new staff. Pizza quality not good, very disappointed by staff and pizza both. I asked for archivos pizza and one of the staff member asked me as what that means, wow I wonder a staff member working and selling ‘Italian’ pizza don’t know. So incapable and under trained staff! Highly DISAPPOINTED with the quality and price! OVERLY PRICED as compared to other pizza shops in the market.

Really great food, and such a big menu with lots of variety. The bolognese, made with beef ragù, is so delicious and rich. The pasta itself is beautiful too. Also a huge fan of the burgers here. The gourmet garden burger is incredible - soft buns, fresh salad and a really great veggie burger patty. And don’t skip on dessert - the tiramisu is to die for!
