The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is cause the girl that serves me sat on her phone the whole time while taking my order on snap chat. The new pasta range was good though.

No mint oreo thick shake. But ordered chocolate malt shake. A little bit of comfort treat.

Jacob and his team were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service by all. Keep up the great work.

This is the worst store and the worst customer service.they are so rude.they take too long to deliver the order. And same thing happened to your missing the some of the order items.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went to collect my pizza, the store was an absolute mess and I was left waiting for service for about 5 minutes as everyone "working" was standing around and talking. Finally got my order and was horrifically disappointed when I got home.

The pizza was cold and not cooked through, it wasn't cut, had barely any toppings and was so oily - I could have opened up a deep fry restaurant with it. I had also paid extra for the cheesy crust but they really botched it, most of the cheese was on the outside while the crust itself was burnt. All in all, it was just inedible and I ended up eating leftovers I had instead.

I get this is not a high class establishment and I'm not expecting anything amazing. Sadly this was well below the already very low standard you expect from fast food. If you really dislike someone you're dining with or enjoy self torture then this is the establishment for you!

Food was half cooked uncut reported this to manger who was only 18 and had no faith in her company quoting there a budget line pizza shop u get what you pay for absolutely disgusting service avoid at all cost

Very Poor for any one liking pizza, even the employee said they didn't like any of the pizzas they sell, should have Bn a warning sign! Great for anyone on a budget defunct of taste buds. Never Again

Alright, so thats the worst experience i’ve had being here in Australia for past 4 years now. Perpetually late, it’s been 2 hours since I’ve placed my order. I havent received it, moreover they turned off my “live tracking” right after “order is being delivered”, mind you, that was half an hour ago and still no pizza. Never ordering again mate!

This is the worst domino's I ever ate. The shape and size of the pizza is completely different. Some part got over cooked and some didn't. Take 1 and a half hour to delivered and after the heaps of waiting this.

It looked nothing like the menu ordered from. Very light on the toppings and poor customer service. I went to pick up and the young lady served her friends in front of my turn, and had a chat for about 10 mins before serving me, which meant my pizzas were stone cold when I got home.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a garlic bread, never turned up. Called up the store and was told that they were extremely busy and then hung up, called them again to try and get a refund and was told that nothing could be done and then hung up on me again. Fair to say I’ll never see that $62.50 again.

If they didn't keep turning the belt off I'm sure my pizza would not have dried out and to rushed to evenly distribute the topping won't be back in a hurry

I've never eaten here, but i know someone that has and they still speak about it in their dreams. 10/10 would randomly recommend again.

We have had a similar experience as some of the other reviews I have read. Only half of our order was delivered, and it took more than an hour and a few phone calls for the remaining items to arrive. It seemed that internal communication was lacking at Domino’s, which meant for a poor and inefficient experience for the customer. In total we waited about 2 hours for our complete order. I would not order from there again.

Tonight me and my Partner were feeling a bit hungry, so we thought why not get some pizza! And so we ordered some delivery online (we had a bit to drink so we were being responsible and didn't drive). The estimated time was for 9: 45-9: 51pm which we ordered at 9pm, so that was fairly reasonable, or so we thought it was going to be.
9: 50 arrived and we still hadn't had any notification on where our pizzas were, so we went into the website and saw our pizza had only just been put into the oven! Now this was the time it was supposed to be delivered by, but after we looked and saw the time changed to 10: 30! Now you think this wouldn't have been an issue, but the pizza joint is literally 5 minutes from our house and it took 1.5 hours to get here. I would say I'm not a satisfied customer, and to top it off, our garlic bread was squashed?
Don't think we'll be doing online delivery from you again anytime soon.

2 and a half hours to get pizza. I called after one hour and she said they were a bit behind and blamed the delivery drivers. After two hours I called again and he said my pizza was in the oven.unbelievable. I AM HANGRY!

Last night staff were not calm, agitated and really bad service. I walked in to ask for change coz the delivery guy didn't have any and duty manager lost his cool. He pretty much made a fool of himself in front of his colleagues simply coz I asked him for change. What a terrible way to lose his reputation. Nway we live and learn, new upcoming managers on their way. The least I could do as a customer was to encourage them to take it easy. I hope they did. Good luck if you are buying there but brace yourself for abusive patrons ️

Pretty good for fast food.the short girl was awesome, super friendly service and was just lovely
definitely recommend this place for a quick bite:)
