Dominos Vermont South the worst pizza I’ve ever had even our kelpie wouldn’t even eat it abouslute waste of $25 NEVER AGAIN

Good friendly place with quick order pick up. Most of orders are for pick up rarely people eat in store but you can eat in store

Never had a positive experience here. Poor customer service, quality of pizza here is Sub standard, lazy and no care.

Accidentally bought an extra pizza, totalled many. The site was hard to review number of pizza repeating pizzas as different ones when they were the same. Whoops. Anyhow, the pizzas lacked toppings, were small in size, thin for deep pan, and weren't crispy. Other Domino's stores are better. They used to be much better when they had those quality check pictures. Won't be returning. The positive was that it was edible but not enjoyable on the skimpy toppings/flavours.

Was supposed to pickup my order 5.45 pm - arrived 6 pm and they still had not put the pizzas in the oven … no one seemed to care about my time

I order here fairly often and it's usually OK but tonight was horrendous. I ordered 2 pizzas, both of which were undercooked & one had ingredients left on that I had specifically requested be removed. Extremely disappointed.

Bloody disappointed with this outlet, ordered Indi chicken tikka & received tasteless pizza with little to no toppings.three slices had just about a sliver of onion & two tiny bits of red pepper.

Soooo its been awhile since i last had Dominos, just then bought with a 50% off voucher. For a traditional pizza they are tiny, you charge 15bucks for a pizza barely larger than my hand. OR ist because i used a voucher did you guys down size the pizza? ANYWAYS, i bought 3 pizzas, they literally look like the same pizza.i could not tell which is which.taste wise.bit better than frozen supermarket pizza.i understand that taste is different for everyone, but this size is just soooo small.

I’ve got pizza from these guys on Friday the last two weeks. Both times the pizzas were half covered with cheese and I don’t think they any sauce at all. The manager was rude as well.

Quality varies depending on who is working there at the time. Sometimes the pizza is perfectly fine, other times rather poor. This afternoon, I ordered thin-and-crispy crust but it was much softer than it should be and a little undercooked, while the slices weren't cut deep enough, so pulling apart the slices was messy and resulted in chunks from neighbouring slices being torn off too.

Very busy with online orders unfortunately did not have a pizza that I was interested in at that time but it does not take away from what they did have available

Ordered delivery at this Domino's and my drinks didn't come. I called the store and they said they'd have my drinks delivered ASAP. It still didn't come for an hour so I called back again to ask for a refund, the kid said he would let his manager call me back. The manager called back 20 minutes later and said she couldn't refund me because it was part of a Garlic Bread + 2x can of Pepsi deal, (for $5.25!) and she couldn't do a partial refund. She was also rude and condescending even when I tried my best to keep my cool, she then hung up on me before I finished talking. Yep for $5.25 you have just lost a loyal customer. So much for 100% satisfaction guarantee Domino's.

Delicious pizza been going here for a while they always deliver on time and there staff is always so friendly

Ordered for 4 pizza for a meeting in the office which is located around the corner, was requested to give $3 tip to driver to deliver it quicker in 20 minutes (if it is not deliver we pay you with pizza voucher) Otherwise we will deliver when the driver can. The quality of the pizza was really bad. Pizza’s came after 90 minutes of ordering. Definitely need in improvement in quality as well as in service

It's late on a Wednesday night and it's been a godawful day. In comes Telea at Vermont South. With a fantastic smile and such a positive attitude. Telea put up with us ummimg and ahhing, with lovely manners and patience. This is our first visit at the Vermont South store. Unfortunately, the pizza toppings just weren't up to scratch and the pizzas far from good. The Dutch pancakes dry. I'm sorry to say but we won't be going back.

The best thick shake is at domino's. None of the other chains or boutique restaurants have even come close.

Always fresh, hot and delicious. The crust is nice and crisp. The taste is consistent every time. Great customer service too. I've tried various dominos outlets and this is the best.

Waited an hour and a half was told the driver was "lost" 2+ hours later didn't get my food, remembering why I haven't ordered dominos in more than a year.

Are you kidding! Hardly any chicken on butter chicken pizza and hardly any topping on Hawaiian. Cheeseburger pizza tastes off and would you just look the frkin topping…

Unbelievably bad service. Pizza delivered to wrong address. Called store to ask about missing delivery and staff accused me of not being sure about my own address! Wow. Ive been here for more than 30 years, i think i know my own address……

After 45 mins, my neighbour from 3 doors down knocked on my door with my pizza which was incorrectly delivered to her house.

Cold pizza. So sad. Never again Dominos Vermont South! Thanks
