Domino's Pizza St Kilda

Made an order on uber eats, waited over 1 hour, the order never came, tried calling several times no answer. If you cannot make the order at least cancel it instead of scamming people. Extremely unprofessional and rude behaviour

One of the worst stores to be unlucky enough to live near. They just take your order online and don’t deliver it, then don’t answer the phone

Ordered a pizza through Uber eats, was told via the app it would be a 20 minute wait for pizza. I have now been waiting for over an hour and I am unable to get in touch with the restaurant. Terrible service.

Ordered a pizza and it never arrived despite the tracker saying so. Tried to ring them to ask what happened only for them to hang up on me twice.

This is my first time of visiting the dominos store in st. Kilda.and the girl who is at the counter name meril is very good in treating the customer as well as she helped me to pick up the right combination of pizza. Totally good staff i’ve ever seen at dominos in my life.

Bins are super full, table not clean. Maintained like a garbage bin and garlic bread is burnt. Don’t know how people are able to have their food here. Port Melbourne store is much better.

Burnt pizza and the response was "it's not our fault. It's the oven. We can cut the burnt bits off for you. " Disappointing. Have usually had great pizza from dominos.

Horrible customer service! I ordered the pizza online, I waited for 1h20 minutes, them I drove in my pyjamas to the Dominos St Kilda and the staff told me that they didn't have anyone to deliver the pizza! No compassion.just didn't care at all! Very bad management it's not the first time I had an issue at this Dominos store! Also, other customers were having the same issues! The staff doesn't have any customer service skills, No training, 0% conflict resolution skills! Dominos St Kilda is destroying Domino's Pizza reputation! Dominos St Kilda will never see my money or my friend or my networking people again! People Please don't order pizza from the Dominos St Kilda store!

I've been to other Domino outlets, and by far, it is the most superior when it comes to freshness and taste!

Do not order from here. Got told 3 different time over 1.5 hours that our order had just been sent out still no refund person on the desk kept hanging up when I called at one point as well. Turned off dominos will never order from this joke again.

Fast and cheap.sometimes they give you ugly pizzas when theyre busy but for $5 cant complain

If I could give them 0 then I would.

We ordered 4 pizzas an hour ago only for them to sneakily refund us at a time where no other places are open.

Management overhaul needed.

Cheap pizza and great quality! One of the best for large toppings around. They don't skimp out! I recommend the $5 large pepperoni!

I never write bad reviews but the 5th or 6th time you let me regret not to have cooked at home I feel like I have to.
Once the chilli was that much I couldn't even see the cheese, twice happened there was no cheese in a half of pizza, I put feta once I couldn't taste not even see it. Also it's often prepared too long in andvance, when you start to eat it's already cold. I can see there's no care in doing things and this is not respectful.

The staff is quite rude, they even say hello or smile to the customer, even when a pick mi pizza the guys just trew the pizza on the bench. Terrible service. The lads in quite time listening hiphop very loud being very unfriendly, never come to this place again. Such a shame on the manager and the brand. Tuesday 25th oct 10: 20pm

Ordered at 3: 47.simple Marg pizza arrived cold and inedible at 4: 45. Pizza shop is 700 metres away from us. Won’t be ordering again. Terrible service.

One time my order was massively messed up and was ridiculously late (like 2 hours). After sitting on the phone with someone for an hour I eventually got a free pizza voucher off them. Then when i went to redeem the free pizza, I found out I still had to spend 22 dollars more to get it delivered. I did it, and got burnt food with missing ingredients.
I’m pretty flexible over small mistakes but this is off the charts.

The base wasn’t fully cooked and the ingredients on my pizza tasted funky but I removed the worst bits like the bitter olives and ate the rest unfortunately as it was a home delivery and I was too hungry to return it then. Massive stomach issues the day after that has lasted for over a month. Never ever ever going back here.

We went to order pizza this afternoon there were a 2 boys there, one is doing something and tall boy sanding ideally. We stand for a long time staff came to take our order there after I call them. Staff took our order and didn’t start making pizza, after 10 minutes staff started making our pizza, place looks so dirty from outside order desk is full with dust later on we get our pizza but we get wrong pizza, staff looks so lazy resist worst staff seen ever in my life.

Ordered delivery twice from here and on both occasions the order was over 1hr late and missing items. On both occasions we were told the money would be refunded for the missing items but it never was.
