Worst pizza, worst service, just don’t even bother. Go Flinders and save yourself the hassle!

Hi I’ve placed an online order twice and called the store member to cancel the first order as I dint get any confirmation email. He said it has been cancelled and once I send my brother to pick-up my order there they said that the online order can’t be canceled?
Since my poor brother s new to country he doesn’t know how to react n simply paid the money for 1st orders (Pizza and garlic bread) along with the second order!
My brother came home told me the story about it, then I spoke to the store manager and she said the mistake is from their end, since they kept the pizzas in oven we have to pay for it!
I told her that your employee has clearly mentioned that he has canceled the first order! Now she’s claiming that the pizza is already in the oven n can’t cancel!
She should have told me before not after going to the store!
I always like this store pizza and I walk for 15 mins from my place to grab it but this time I had an awful experience and I never ever buy pizza from this store and they were literally spoiling the name of “dominions”. And also, they spoiled my day n I just couldn’t eat the pizzas with happy mindset.

Worst Customer service experience i have ever seen in any Domino’s store. I request the manager to teach what is the Priority level to staf either Customer or a phone call.
I came to order food but the guy who was speaking to me left when the phone rings. This is really very bad.

Tasty pizzas (for the kids!) Delivery person was on a bike so always a bit slower but it got here in a reasonable time!

Been ordering around once a fortnite since moving to Melbourne 6 months ago. Everytime it's delivered under 30 minutes. I order a custom pizza with 8 toppings everytime and this store has made it perfectly on each occassion.

My female friends and I were returning to our hotel around midnight after a night out and noticed a suspicious stranger yelling just outside our hotel. A kind staff member rostered on the last shift of the day was lovely enough to walk us to our car on request. This Dominoes branch served us something much superior to Pizza; community safety. Thank you again to the male staff member who kindly lended me his jacket and walked my friends and myself to our hotel. I hope this review helps your overall rating and brings more business to you, as you seemed to be very busy and understaffed.

Many, many times I have seen riders from this store riding their ebikes in a dangerous fashion, including at high speed on footpaths, whilst using a handheld mobile phone, not holding the handlebars, running red lights and more. I have contacted Don Meij directly as well as spoken to the store. I do not trust this store to safely deliver pizza or to look after members of the public. Vote with your money and choose one of the many independent pizza stores nearby.

Very poor customer service.
The pizzas were cold and sloppy and the wait time was unacceptable.
I received a messaged back from Caitlin from the store offering a free large pizza for the inconvenience but have been unable to utilize the voucher- no response to any messages or emails and the phone just rings out.
Never have I ever had such poor customer service from any Dominos store.
Very disappointed.

The lady on the counter was so rude.and racist. I went to have pizza and the lady served me had really bad behaviour towards me.

The worst service and standard of takeaway I've ever had, food was 2 hours late, cold and poor

The server was so disengaged I was made to feel that I was at fault for not being familiar with the ordering system.

So it's been 1hr since i ordered, 30mins past ETA. I've tried calling a couple of times but the phone just rings out. Useless

Poor customer service, ordered a pizza just before 1pm, by 1.45pm I still hadn’t received it, call the store for 25mins and finally someone answered…turns out the store wasn’t open, the franchisee didn’t know that they had to turn off online ordering and they will be calling people to let them know the orders will be cancelled. Alternatively I could wait another hour or so.

Pepperoni pizza is amazing!
The deserts taste like they need to melt the flour in more than a microwave terrible brownies and 1vof the worst lava cakes

Worst store ever.
90% of times order is late and base is over cooked.
Wish I was able to pick other store from the list.
I will keep uploading burnt garlic bread photos each time I get them.

Pizza skimpy on toppings, even when having ordered double servings. Cheese must be like Gold.just sayin'.
