Domino's Pizza Richmond

No sauce on a pizza seriously dominos?
I ordered Peppy paneer at other stores it always comes with sauce on top.

I had been out on a night drinking when I found a passed out guy behind the shop beside a Dominoes delivery bike. Out cold, couldn’t wake him.

It’s Swan street right? Pretty normal, but I feel bad so I run inside the store and let the staff know. A guy comes out with me and the bloody legend brings some free water and helps this drunk guy up and gets him conscious enough to go again.

I’m about to head on my way when he invites me in and makes me a free pizza and garlic bread. It was tasty and spicy and perfect. I tried a hundred times to pay but they refused.

Yeah it’s just a Dominoes on Swan St while the Tennis is on, but they were a bunch of legends who looked out for some strangers. Five stars.

The order was placed for 1 pm arrived at 2: 30 Pm that was supposed to be a team hurdle at 1 pm, it was absolutely not worth it. I called in to check twice but store wasn’t helpful.

Had an issue with an online pick up order and the staff on during the 7pm - 8pm shift were really helpful and super kind. Big thanks to Shalmoli and the other girl working.

I have ordered a mini supreme from Domino's all over Melbourne, but today it was clearly beyond the attendant's abilities. He then had the nerve to insult me, as if I didn't know what I asked for. I'll never go to that branch again. Appalling treatment.

Was served frozen chips, absolutely horrible and horrific as we gave it to our children, still extremely cold in the middle, have reported this as it’s dangerous too

They delivered it within half an hour which is really good and they followed my note in the order which was really nice of them. As always food was very nice.

5 stars for service and more despite the place being busy and yet the staff on saturday night were awsome with their service so impresssed definitly made the pizza even taste better so thank you gentlemen

Well my experience to this domino's pizza in Richmond was fine I don't know what everybody else's opinion was about but I asked the gentleman at the counter about sizes of the pizza's and he walked around the counter and pointed out to me the specials and gave me details of what I needed to know. I ordered the vegan pizza, It came out on time, super hot and it was absolutely delicious, I would definitely order again from here well done.

Rubbish, delivery time was over a hour late and they didn’t answer the phone well I tried to contact them. Said it was to busy but was a Wednesday night at 9pm.never got the pizza

You guys really need to close. People who works here works like they are still overseas. They manipulate their delivery system. It'll tell you that they have prepared the order or are ready for delivery even if it wasn't. This store needs to close for the sake of people who might order with them in the future.

I came by and tried thier pizza couple of months ago. Back then, it was really bad that I decided to not to try any of these Dominos again.

Order was changed from delivery to pickup, even though I specifically ordered delivery. When I called the store the team members that I spoke to were extremely rude and belligerent. I won’t be ordering from here again. I just want my money refunded.

Don't call the store they got both of my orders wrong. I ordered a extra large beef and onion pizza which came as a large and a extra large margarita which came with pesto for some reason. In one of the other reviews someone got food posioned by the beef and onion pizza so I can't wait for tomorrow. There are a number of other pizza joints on swan street which are far better.

Best dominos pizza I ever had. It was so good and full of toppings. I hope that other dominos can also make this type of pizzas.

Great value & consistent quality! It's like the McDonalds of pizza in the sense of knowing what you're gonna get from every place. But always fresh and better prices. Knocks pizza hut out of the water if those are your options.

Do not recommend ordering the Beef and Onion Pizza from this store. Ordered one last week and suffered from severe food poisoning later that night and for the following two days. Absolutely detestable from an institution such as Domino's! Would have thought they would follow strict cross contamination and food safety standards. Do not go to this store!

Terrible customer service, food never arrived and the shop eventually stopped answering my phone calls

Last night I ordered 2 pizzas, one with cheesy crust and the whole crust was burnt. The other pizza wasn't much better with burning around the edges as well, it just ruined the flavour.
Unfortunately I won't be ordering from this particular Dominos store anymore, as 3 times now I've been delivered burnt pizzas. Also, the dough at his store always tastes very stiff and just not fresh.sorry guys I've given multiple chances and unfortunately the food quality doesn't deliver.

The worst Domino's I've ever had.

Delivery took an hour and the pizza most certainly wasn't fresh.

Avoid like the plague!
