Domino's Pizza Preston

Extremely rude manager Manish, making me feel like am buying the pizza for the very first time. Pathetic customer service, extreme rude.

Arguably the best pizza I have ever tasted with my own two lips. I love domino’s. 10/10 would recommend!

Walked in this evening, both staff had headphones in, stood for 10 mins no service, walked out

Ordered off Uber Eats, I’ve been waiting for over an hour. I called 20 mins ago because the Uber app said it was delivered, the pizza wasn’t delivered. I was told by a girl “the driver is 5 mins away, she can see on her Dominoes tracker” okay… I waited another 30 mins, no pizza. I call the store, I’m told by a guy, that their driver had an accident, so he’s re making the pizza. No call back to advise me of the apparent “accident” no apologies, just straight dumb cnts.

It's a domino's, they make pizza. They always follow along with my weird requests to cook my pizza twice so they good as far as I'm concerned.

Pizza's that have minimal toppings, dough tastes undercooked and the mini Danish doughnuts drenched and soaked with oil to where it's unedible. Never buying from dominoes again.

Send you a free pizza voucher but still charge you for the pizza disgusting sorry guys you've lost me!

As Regularly I eat pizza from this store and I get nice pizza even I ask many times for crispy one at the last moment they tried to satisfy customer.

I ordered two pizzas in-store and I only just got home about 5 minutes ago to see that there was hair on the pepperoni pizza I ordered, it was a light brown/dirty blonde colour and i believe it was the girl with the silver earrings, I saw 3 girls in-store, all but one had dark hair.

I suggest getting her to wear two hairnets and to remove her earrings, hair can get tangled in earrings, causing it to fall, especially big rings (which is what she was wearing) I also worked at a dominos for 2 years and know that jewellery is not allowed in the first place

However, the ham and cheese pizza was really good, with no hair, so thank you:)

Called over the phone, ordered 12: 51pm and was told that will arrive 30-35mins. Did not arrive so I rang again the store around 1: 40pm to ask what time is the delivery coming and was told by 7 mins but took another 25 mins before I got the pizza! Not happy with the service! Will not order from this store again.

They always get the order wrong, change the order by themselves without confirming, delivery guys asking you to come down because they feel too lazy to do their jobs. I hate sweet and sour sauce and every time I order something, I make sure to remove sweet and sour sauce and choose another one and they send all the sweet and sour sauces only. (Happened multiple times). I ordered wings once the big pack, they sent 3 and replaced the rest with dutch pancakes without even calling and confirming first. (I hate dutch pancakes). I ordered 3 serving on brownies and they didn’t give the chocolate dip with any of them. Very disappointed!

It was OK but they lose a couple of stars for leaving out an ingredient and under doing the toppings.

Girl who do customer service shows negative attitude and misbehave with customer.its very disappointing experience

If this was my business I would be finding an alternative. For instance, istead of loosing customers I would be running to Woolworths and buying vegan cheese. Which for this store is maybe 5 minutes away.

Very very disappointing

The pizza is DELICIOUS and the waiting times for pickup aren’t to bad, maybe around fifteen minutes. Better than any other pizza.

I think it used to be bad and they'd always make mistakes, forget toppings, give the wrong base etc. I didn't make complaints or bad reviews to damage the business I just avoided giving them a good review. Over the last year everything has improved 100%, no mistakes, and so they get this good review. Keep up the good work.

This Domino's heard my last complaint and swiftly fixed it the next time I made an order. They are organised, respectful, and make good pizza haha.

I just ordered from Uber Eats and my food was never delivered but I was charged, poor service, never ordering here again

It's a great place and my favourite is vegorama pizza with creamy garlic aioli. The customer service is so good and I would like to mention Satya who delivered my pizza was so kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

I appreciated the diligence in noting I hadn’t chosen a sauce for my chicken bites and bringing an option to try. Dominos Sarachi sauce. On a blustery day like this I was vibing for hot steamy food and the sauce added a brilliant extra touch.

This is my preferred Dominos in the area and they never fail to meet expectations. Good value for good food.

My only irk is that ordering through Uber didn’t allow diet soft drink, only Pepsi Max.
