Domino's Pizza North Melbourne

The staff were in their own clothes, no gloves or cap as they handled our pizza. We could hear them talking and laughing about not caring about customers or their pizzas in the kitchen. This isn't the first time either, I've seen their staff sitting in the booths multiple times talking and eating while customers are waiting in line. I understand they might have finished their shifts, but it is so unprofessional to behave like this. Worst service and they need a lot more training.

Most tasteless pizza I have ever eaten. I don't expect a gourmet experience from Domino's but I do expect flavour. I have had better pizzas from other Domino's locations though. Avoid this location.

Within the 12 months I've been walking past the place, it may have changed hands. Cleaner and tidier when they've left the shop now.

Cold pizza, late delivery and missing item. Not the first time this is happening and you can never reach the store by phone.

Was visiting family at the hospital was convenient to be able to go here.
Was served by the franchise owner was very helpful and quick service.
Was served by Daniel on the other times and he had great customer service.

Pizzas' always alright in taste and speed of preparation. Have had missing items/sides several times even when the store isn't busy. Still, it's a convenient place for quick pizza

Kshitij He is a very kind person, very attentive and agile, I ordered 9 pizzas and he delivered them in less than 15 minutes, it was incredible, excellent service

Terrible experience and customer service
I purchased a vegan food cheese and macaroni, and later on, I went back home and offered the food to one of my family members innocently, my family member started vomiting and tummy aches during eating, and we found out that it contained small pieces of pork.

I requested Halal or Kosher food and I was presented with this as the only Halal product 100% vegetarian no meat no pork.

I contacted customer service by a phone call that was recorded with permission and was a shocking experience, the phone was shut in my face the first call then on the second call I requested to talk to the manager on duty then a worker claimed that he is the manager, he refused to provide his name until I insisted, then he transferred the line to a real manager on duty.

That's terrible and not accepted no quality assurance, respecting clients and quality of service should be number one.

When there is a new person under training who should be supervised until they passed the training we are not here to waste time and pushed to eat non-Halal or non-Kosher.

No respect and appreciation for rules and regulations presented by the higher authorities.

Went there, the most spicy food I've ever eaten, a Hawaiian pizza imposible to eat, I spent 8 months in India. Hawaiian pizza is not supposed to make my mouth burn!: ' (

Not every customer is mia khalifa dominos

I’m a regular customer for this store and there’s always something wrong with my orders. Majority of the time the food comes cold or poorly made.
This time I they forgot my shake (not the first time my drink has been forgotten) I was told to call the store and they’ll organise a refund. I called twice with no help from the lady on the line.
I’m not one to complain, but if something is forgotten and then no help in getting a refund for missing said item, why should I ever order from here again?

Unbelievably poor service. I placed a timed order online for 11: 45AM and I am writing this review at 12: 45PM WITHOUT MY ORDER. I tried calling the store 5 times but for some reason no one answers the phones. I have already paid for this order through Paypal. I can understand a late order, things get busy sometimes. BUT THIS IS A TIMED ORDER WITH PLENTY OF NOTICE. I am mostly disappointed by the lack of communication, what is the point of having a phone number if you do not pick up calls.

Order online from their app for delivery. Call the store after 45 mins and saying it will be ready soon and reason for delay was rain….

Canceled my delivery order without informing me at all. Was wating around for ages. Terrible customer service.
