Domino's Pizza Newcomb

App changed my order location to newcomb instead of Flinders St. Didn't ask me to confirm. No option to cancel. Both stores wouldn't not answer the phone. Terrible customer experience

Never again order pizza and got delivered nothing.
Typical of Newcomb Domino's.

Not sure how they expect to make money when orders come in and nothing goes out.
Ohh yeah that's right they steal it before even making the pizza and expect me to wait 30 day for a refund.

The most disgusting pizza we have ever had. Ordered the prawn pizza with cheese crust. When we opened the box it was a undercooked soggy mess. The pizza was saturated with juice. Was disgusting. We called the store and they gave us a refund. And offered to make another one. The 2nd one was no better. We wont be buying ever again.

Had some of there pizzas delivered came nice and hot a where very tasty can definitely recommend

Great food and the staff actually do there job not like pizza hut where it smells like a dirty smelly gym

Had a great experience tonight. Staff member on the phone was very helpful with suggesting what pizzas I should order for the five of us, not to mention we ordered right before close and still got the pizzas hot and fast. They’ve improved greatly since my last visit, there’s no competition nearby for this price and tastiness. Thanks guys!

My understanding of the publics relationship with Dominos was as follows; an unspoken pact exists - we look beyond the calories and some of the less savory aspects of franchising and in exchange receive a consistent product with convenient service.
In a moment of weakness I opted against the potential wildcard option of one of the many family owned pizza restaurants in Newcomb and surrounds and chose the consistent and convenient option of Dominos. I ordered online, 3 pizzas from $33* really appeals to my penchant to bulk buy, however 1 hour and 45 minutes after ordering the tracking graphic showed my neglected pizzas were ready in store and awaiting delivery. I spoke to a young man at the store who told me my order would still be another hour away from being delivered. He offered me a garlic bread or a soft drink for my troubles.
Unfortunately my troubles could not be alleviated by a garlicy donut or bottle of sugar water. Neither of which even cover the delivery cost.
The consistency I expected was lost to the tyranny of time as my pizzas sat ever soggier on the heating shelf, and any promise of convenience turned to dust the moment I pulled tracksuit pants over my pajamas, putting down my half drunk whiskey and contacting a friend to drive me to the store. The pact had been broken. The price of repair starts from $33*.

Absolutely disgusting $33 dollars because I requested half and half then told surcharge because it's Sunday plus delivery pizzas were uneatable should have stayed with Luka pizza

Got pizza from this store tonight and spoke to the girl on the phone I ordered 3 pizzas and only received 2 so my friend had to share her pizza with me and when the girl read my order back she siad 3 but didn't get charge for it not happy

They were 30 minutes late! Did not update the app (uber eats) when requested.even tho food was still warm, i do not like how late they were! We ordered at be 7: 02 to be delivered at 8: 25! At our dominos that is a 4 minute drive to our house.still enjoyed but the food, but delivering was not good!

I ordered a pizza and it took over 2 hours I think is very bad management and a bad business town and country would not do something like this

Mayo or some unknown substance in the box with a d*** drawing, what a joke domino’s. Couldn’t even eat them and had the wrong sauces delivered. Refused a refund. Worst experience ever will never order again

It was great to see every single worker wearing their masks to prevent the spread of covid! If only they'd use their masks to cover their face and not their necks.

I am really frustrated this time so I am writing the review. Usually I dont do all this stuff. But every time I order pizza from here there is always a thing or two is missing on pizza sometimes they are overcooked or not properly prepared. Today I ordered 2 pizzas and one of the pizza's got all the toppings stuffed up on one side and the other half had nothing on it. You need to improve your quality guys this is not how you serve food, please.

Very worst pizza I ate in my life. They was busy so they made very quick and test like nothing everything like raw. Base was completely uncooked. I'm requesting you owner of you guys busy than please don't take order. At least we can save our money.

The other reviews are pretty accurate. Pizza was luke warm and soggy. So understaffed they took 15 mins to bring the pizza to me in the carpark right outside their door. Even after I reheated the pizza at home it was pretty bad. I should have believed the reviews!

I've ordered a vegetarian pizza and I found 3-4 chicken pieces in it. I've called to the store and then they replied that they are using the same bench for all pizzas so it might have topped by mistake.

Making your delivery driver ride on an ebike during a thunderstorm is legitimately disgraceful.

Also, distribute your cheese and toppings better. (please see Domino's Torquay or CBD for pizza making lessons).

You get what you pay for here. Great teen staffers. But give them a loo Domino’s. Or ask no questions when they can’t hold on after 9 pm.
