Terrible messed up my order 3 times.
Service from Aaryan no apologetic and full of attitude. I have been waiting 50mins and still haven’t got it right

Domino’s delivery boy leave the pizza outside without ringing the doorbell and there are a lot of ants in it…. Shiit service ever

We ordered a pizza and they filled it with chilli flakes saying that’s the normal serving however the same pizza from other Domino’s has never had such amount of chillies!
On tops the manager kept arguing and didn’t put spring onions in our pizza on the excuse of running short
Didn’t want to accommodate to changing the order and no apologies! Absolutely shameless and asked us to order from Maca’s or KFC next time. This store should be shut down!

Never order again. App showed pizza is delivered but we haven’t get it. And helpline number is not responding for hours. Very unprofessional.

Used to be our every weekend food takeaway but never again! Don't know what happened of lately bad food, the pizza base is not even cooked prpoerly, no taste (all pizza taste same) and the preparation area is horrible mess with debris and waste that may be from morning or ealrier. So many red flags at this place. Won't eat from there anymore. Called and spoke to the manager and gave my feedback. He was apologetic and offered a new pizza. Those filthy preparatipn table cant be removed from my mind. Has to decline.

These guys are ridiculous. They never pick up your call. What i did today is, i went there myself after they were not picking up my calls, they haven’t picked up in front of me. When i asked about it. They are said it doesn’t matter to them. This is literally unprofessional especially for like this much bog franchises in Australia.

Worst pizza ever I got it. No veg on the pizza and called it veggie pizza. Will never ever gonna order next time. Message to everyone, stop going there until they deliver the real quality.

Arrived late, pizza was barely warm and watched driver tracker and driver was nearly 15minutes in one spot so guessing went home as went on a far out route. Called the store told them and the manager says what can I do about it. What a joke as if I want cold pizza would buy a frozen Coles pizza.

Worst pizza I ever had in life.as worst as money going to bin! I see so many reviews on worst experience.why not cancel license for this management or fine with last warning? Else he can abuse customers and continue his way of pizza making. Just as demerits he should be imposed with disciplinary action. Try avoiding this store.

Really bad experience i been two times in this shop and I have asked less cheese and crunchy but but the staff’s ignored my request and they made wost pizza with too much cheese and not even cook properly

I am regular cust of DOMINOS, Bought 4 pizzas today (2 veg and 1 cheese garlic 1 cheese) whoever made a pizza that guy put piece of pepperoni on it, what a shame and careless service. Should be careful when someone ordering veg orders. Decided that This is the last order I have made at hoppers dominos. THE END.

The food was good. But, they didn't have any cutlery or serviettes; and suggested that I borrow cutlery from the sweet shop next door. Really? There is place right behind your outlet which sells disposable cutlery and serviettes but you would rather ask the customer to borrow from businesses next door. Not on guys! The food otherwise was good.

Very unhygienic.ordered extra large veg pizza today and got a shocking surprise with a long grey hair in the slice of pizza, while eating.
We contacted dominos hoppers crossing but the staff was not at all apologetic for this.
We will not at all recommend this place.

I didn’t get my order but dominos notified me that the order is delivered. This is ridiculous and not even taking my call to question about this

If i could give a 0 i would. One day I ordered from here. Took almost 1hr 30mins to deliver and the delivery guy put the whole pizzas on the ground so we had our whole order infested with ants because the delivery guy did not bother to ring the door bell to let us know when it was here. When we drove to the dominos we even beat the delivery driver there and the manager was understanding which is good.

Today I’ve Ordered almost 2 hours ago and order still has not arrived!

No one picked up the phone. I waited for 9 minutes. I just listened to their audio advert over and over again.

The food is always good but the wait time in store for 2 $5 pizzas was, ridiculous. Seriously think the behind the counter forgot to put it through. 40 minutes it took.

Absolute shambles! Appalling! Customer service was horrid! Saw the managers treating the employees like animals! What is this! A rescue shelter? ! Terrible! Horrendous!
